New Saltwater Heated Pool & Hot Tub -Less than 5 Minutes from Nauset Beach!

Well stocked kitchen!Very close to Nauset Beach!Very clean welcoming home!Fenced in backyard a plus with dog. Pool and hot tub very nice design!Grill on back porch, perfect for fish from Chatham Pier.Easy, prompt communication with owner. Everyone enjoyed the game room, air hockey was the favorite.

Everything was spotless on arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the host.The amenities were excellent – from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy outdoor space, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. This property is extremely kid friendly with all of the table games and board games which made our trip that much more special. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this place is a perfect home base.Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Cape. I’d absolutely return!

Our Cape Cod Getaway was truly a perfect family retreat at Nauset Beach!!We had an amazing stay at this Cape Cod rental! The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable.. perfect for our family. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the short drive to Nauset Beach made beach days easy. Our kids loved the basement game room—it kept them entertained for hours. The owners were wonderful. We highly recommend for a relaxing and fun family vacation. We will definitely be booking this home again next year!

We had a truly wonderful week at this home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and spacious everything was. Having four bathrooms was such a luxury, and all of the beds were very comfortable — we all slept so well.Our teenage son especially loved the game room and appreciated having his own space to relax. The game selection was perfect — fun for him, but also accessible enough that our younger children could enjoy some playtime too. The ping pong table in the garage was also a huge hit. The yard was beautiful, and the pool quickly became a favorite spot for all of us. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down at night, especially with the fun light show.Tim was a fantastic host — communication was great, and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was impressively stocked with every utensil, pan, and dish you could possibly need, which made cooking and meal prep a breeze.We absolutely fell in love with Skaket Beach, just a quick 12-minute ride away. The tide goes out so far, creating the most stunning views and perfect conditions for beach walks. One night we even brought pizza down to the beach and had dinner there after hours — a highlight of the trip!We can’t wait to come back to this rental again. Highly recommend!
