I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation rental, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. The property is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by forest and just across the street from a park with a playground and an awesome sledding hill. The house itself is simply gorgeous - spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. I particularly loved the kitchen, which was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals during my stay. And for the times we didn't want to cook, there were tons of restaurants 5 minutes away. We love skiing with the kids at Beaver Creek and this house was less than 5 minutes from the resort gate. After a long day of skiing the kids still had energy to sled the epic hill just across the street and the adults could relax in the large living room surrounded by the forest. When folks needed a bit of downtime, the kids could hang in their awesome lounge space and the grownups had plenty of space to watch a movie or listen to music in the many common areas. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the main level from the street, but that's mountain living I guess! Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway with friends and family!

We recently stayed at this spectacular Avon ski house, and it was truly unforgettable! The property offered comfort, spaciousness, and convenience - perfect for our large group. This home provided ample space for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The living areas were beautifully designed, with a family room ideal for movies, game nights, or simply unwinding. The hot tub, visible from the family room, allowed us to monitor the kids while they enjoyed themselves. The bunk areas in the kid's room were a hit, while adults appreciated the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen was a delight for our group that loves to cook and share meals. Well-equipped and spacious, it facilitated memorable moments as we prepared meals together. The warming drawers were a huge win, especially for managing meals for our large group. Nestled near Beaver Creek in Avon, the location allowed easy access to world-class skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. We maximized our time on the slopes and explored the beautiful area, including nearby National Forest lands for snowshoeing and the adjacent park for sledding. The immaculate mudroom and entryway made daily transitions to and from the mountain a breeze. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting the hosts' dedication to providing an exceptional stay. In summary, this Avon ski house exceeded all expectations and was the perfect home base for our unforgettable Colorado vacation.
