The house on Telico trail in Murfreesboro was very spacious and clean. It accommodated our group nicely. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with tools and appliances to adequately prepare meals for our large family. The view of the river was a very enjoyable feature, as was the covered patio and car port. Our little family members spent a lot of time racing their hover boards and scooters. I would highly recommend this vacation home for a family get away.

Fully equipped kitchen. The property is exact to the VRBO depiction. It is a beautiful property both interior and exterior. Lots of outdoor social spaces patio huge, deck huge, bar counter area and huge outdoor TV, fire pit, and grills.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful river house. There was plenty of room for our whole family, and everyone was comfortable the entire time. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families. The river view and access were a huge bonus. The area is peaceful and relaxing. We loved spending time on the balcony while the kids fished from the bank. The location was quiet, safe, and perfect for unwinding. Everything we needed was provided, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved the beauty of the home and enjoyed fishing from the backyard during the day as well as relaxing near the fire pit during the night. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a spacious, relaxing getaway!

Excellent stay, plenty of room for a large family. Very clean and organized with a beautiful porch and a deck right by the river. Very quiet and peaceful outside. Listing indicates there is a hairdryer but we were unable to find one. Really cool microwave. Fantastic stay, will definitely be recommending this to my friends and will likely be back at some point.

House was beautiful and spacious, we booked this for family coming from michigan to stay for our wedding. They loved the experience and river front. They complained about some of the ceiling fans having sound/mechainical issues and a tub that would not drain well. But said everything else was good. I only got a quick peak of the house, but my favorite thing was the beautiful kitchen!

This place was amazing ! We enjoyed the fire pit, the large open space for large gatherings, there were eight of us and everyone has nothing but good things to say about this location. And we are planning to reach out again in the future for another day.

The fresh smell of cedar when first entering is hypnotic!Of course, the house is immaculate and the property is perfect. It's Just the right blend of modern and rustic. My group of close friends, who are like family, gathered to celebrate the life of another friend who had passed years ago. Where we stayed had to be just right. While a somber occasion, this was a celebration and we couldn't have picked a better property for this little soiree. The property owners are exceptional. I know this because I never spoke to them or met them. I'm sure they're wonderful people, but everything was perfect, so there was no need. This is a fabulous getaway for just about any occasion. Y'all would do well to choose this gorgeous property for your special occasion. Enjoy!

The home was perfect for our family of 12!

The property is beautiful and well equipped. The deck over the river made a wonderful place to enjoy the evening and look at the stars. Plenty of room for everyone and just an all around excellent experience.

This property is amazing. The view the river, the location, the home is extraordinary and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Host is Outstanding!

This is a great place for a large group. We had six adults and six children between the ages of 2 and 10. It was super clean. Plenty of towels, but we still had to wash some while we were there. (Six kids!) Kitchen had everything we needed. (We had to watch the four younger children between 2 and 5 pretty close because there was a drop-off down to the river not far from the patio area. The 8 and 10 year-olds were fine. See pictures.) Quiet area. Large piece of property with lots of treed. House is set back from the road, so there is no traffic noise. Not far from other houses but we never heard or saw the neighbors. Lots of parking area and a large covered patio to sit outside. There was a large supply of firewood for the fire pit. A really great place!

This house is great for getting together with friends or family. Lots of space, amazing outdoor area, kitchen is great, everything met or exceeded expectations! So glad we found this place!

We recently stayed for a family vacation. The house offered a list of local recommendations for things to do. The host was quick to respond when asking questions. The scenery and house are beautiful and well taken care! I know that this will become one of our go-to locations!!

Loved the river location. Gorgeous view. Walking distance from the river access. Great deck. Absolutely beautiful home. Really appreciated the bunk beds for the kids. WiFi worked. Would def stay again. We’ve been coming to the area for years and this has been the nicest accommodations we’ve found.

A wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Perfect stay with the kids for a few days. Only wish it could’ve been longer. Everything was just as described and did not disappoint. Our favorite part was family fires at night. My only suggestion would be to have some skewers on hand for marshmallows and s’mores. We hunted for branches that did the trick, but skewers would have made it easier (but perhaps not as fun for the kids).

Fantastic newly built property on The Little Missouri River. A group of friends and I have been coming to this area for years to fish. This was our first time staying at this property and we could not have been more pleased. It was very well appointed and comfortable.

Fishing trip for eight guys from my work we had a awesome time. House was perfect. Location was perfect. We will be back.

This place is amazing.

This place is perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 5 kids and it never felt small. It has a lot of sweet little extras that mean a lot if you forgot one of those things at home. The kitchen is magnificent and the double oven was perfect for all of the cooking we did. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back one day.

We only stayed for a quick weekend getaway with family of 10 and the property accommated us perfectly. Beautiful house with a great patio and just listening to the river was relaxing!

Our family of 14 stayed for the weekend. The house was beautiful, relaxing and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The patio area was great for being outside and watching football while the kids played corn hole. We will stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful river front location and LOTS of room. Very well appointed. Rare to find a place with enough towels and good lighting. You feel remote but just 5 miles from town. Great place to stay for diamond hunting.

Hosts were great. We had a change in plan and they worked with us to make the new dates work. The cabin was clean and fully stocked. Absolutely recommend!

What a gorgeous river front home and property! Our 4 adult children and I stayed 13-15 Sept 2024. The four bedrooms and three full baths (one en suite) was plenty of room for the five of us. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were fully stocked and accommodated. The outdoor living areas & dock/deck were laid out perfectly and offered enough space for 12-15 with room to spare! The location was just a few minutes from town and the Crater of Diamonds State Park. The town was very quaint and bucolic, definitely worth a trip if you like neat boutiques and antique shops. We also dined at the Feed Bin which was very good. We don't drink often but the kids did want a couple bottles of wine for dinners, however, this is a dry county so you must BYOB. The owners are excellent hosts and responded to all of our emails immediately. As a family we travel 3-4 times a year for get togethers and almost always stay in VRBO's. After this trip, we definitely give this property best in class for our 2024 trips! Definitely 5 of 5 STARS! Thank you for helping make our amazing memories possible! C. Jones Family
