New! River Retreat! Spacious home on the Little Pigeon River!

This was a fantastic property. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from University of Tennessee. I was concerned that being so close to the 4 lane highway would be noisy, but it was a non-event. We had 12 and had plenty of space. We even hosted my daughter's roommate and her family for a brunch following graduation which added another 7 people and there was plenty of space. The house was spotless and Amy was great with communication. The kitchen was well appointed, but if you have a large party, I would bring some extra silverware. Also, make sure to bring any spices you need. We would definitely stay here again without reservation.

We stayed here for our holiday 2025 trip and this home was the perfect home away from home. Our travel group was a party of 16 people we had ample room to sleep, play games, and just enjoy our stay. Its in a perfect location and the view of the river was relaxing. Amy was the perfect host. If youre looking for the perfect place to have that perfect getway, with enough space then choose this property.

Beautiful place!

This property was wonderful for our group of ladies. Everyone had their own room that allowed for privacy. The kitchen and laundry facilities were outstanding, with plenty of plates and glasses for everyone. The deck was our favorite place to gather both in the morning and the late afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all pleasing.

The property is exactly as described and worked great for our family of 17. It was nice to have two kitchens, living rooms and laundry. The kitchens are well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking in. The location on the river is nice and quiet away from the chaos of Pigeon Forge but close enough to take advantage of everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Also only about 30 minutes from Knoxville. The host was available for questions from the moment we booked. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing view !

My family and I stayed here for my graduation weekend at University of Tennessee. The home was beautiful, quiet, close to anything we needed with no issues. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home was gorgeous and made my moment so much better because everyone was comfortable and taken care of from the moment they arrived. I wish we stayed longer. The owner was super friendly and responsive when I had questions about the home and recommendations. Truly an amazing experience. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

I had multiple families meet from multiple states for Thanksgiving and we stayed at your house. The house is spacious and spectacular. Didn’t feel on top of each other. Owners very friendly and helpful

We could not have selected a better home and host for our family Thanksgiving gathering this year. The home was beautiful, cozy, and very well appointed. We were able to create a Thanksgiving feast for 17 with ease in the modern and sleek kitchen. Everything we needed except food and spices was already available in the home. The kids loved the huge backyard and river views. We were close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation as well. The split living spaces gave us quiet places for people to retreat to when the hectic nature of the whole family get to be a bit to much. We would recommend this property and these hosts without reservation.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard on the river. It is a block off the main road, but we were pleasantly surprised that we did not experience any road noise. We took a shuttle bus to and from Neyland stadium, and traffic was a breeze. As mentioned in the listing, two of the bedrooms are in the fully furnished basement. These do have a separate entrance that requires you to go outside.

14 Women of Joy stayed 3 nights. Amazing home for a group stay. Extremely clean, beautiful & spot on response from owner. Will book again when in the area!
