We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Amazing amenities and a lovely furnished home. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants....everything was perfect. We had the pleasure of staying here last October and we noticed all the upgrades and freshly painted inside and outside of your home. We're looking forward to our next stay.

Place is as advertised. Worked great for our multi-generational family. Garage is smaller than we hoped, half is too short for a typical sedan. We got lucky and there was always street parking.

The home was so Beautiful. It was very clean and just a very cozy home. Lots of amenities were provided. It was close to Restaurants and shops. The highlight was it was 1 block from the beach. We had a Fabulous time!!! We would live yo stay there again.

We absolutely loved this unit. It is close to the beach and restaurants. We only stayed for a few days and it was perfect. The area is safe and people are nice. Check in was easy and we had no issues. We will definitely book again when staying in Long Beach.

My friends and I absolutely loved it here. It was even more beautiful in person and very spacious. All of the drawers in the kitchen and every light switch was labeled and this was extremely helpful. I would love to stay here again. The area was nice and close to so many things. You won’t regret booking here.

Our family group had an amazing stay near the ocean in this adorable beach house! We would love to return and were able to attend a gathering at the Long Beach Convention Center during the height of the LA fires. The hosts were super helpful and accomodating. The house was large enough for our mixed family and age group. Loved that the kitchen was so well labeled and it was a lovely place to cook and have dinner. The beds were all comfortable and the rooftop was just wonderful! Your attention to detail was so appreciated by our group!

The House has all of the basic amenities. The proximity to the beach is awesome, an easy walk. The master bedroom is exceptional with bath, fireplace and patio. One negative was the limited access to the rooftop patio. Not being able to be there until 8:00am and not after 10:00. Also a camera there where you would be enjoying the view and the sunshine feels somewhat invasive. Overall the house is lovely and we had no issues.

We had such an incredible stay! We spent a week here in Long Beach, coming all the way from Grand Junction, CO. It was myself, my husband, our two children (ages 4 & 7), and my mother-in-law. While my husband and mother-in-law attended classes and a conference, the kids and I explored this beautiful town, making daily trips to the beach. Collecting seashells each day was a highlight, and we can’t wait to turn them into a picture frame with a family photo from this trip! Our final day took us to SeaWorld, and the kids absolutely loved it—what a special memory for our family. We also had the chance to visit some amazing local spots on 2nd street: Chris at Candified and Annie at LB Swag were fantastic, and we highly recommend them! The macaroon shop next to Candified was an absolute treat, and Rances served us some of the best pizza and appetizers we’ve ever had. We even got to witness some filming for Dexter on the beach—such a fun surprise! Thank you for providing such a lovely space for us to create lasting memories. Property was roomy and comfortable! We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again.The only caution to mention was the alleyway to the garage, it is narrow and pulling in and out could be challenging if you have a large suv. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Great location and communication was terrific. Terrific for our family and nice there beach stuff in the garage we could use while we were there. Internet was a little wonky, but we figured out a solution.

Enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Close to the beach and to downtown Long Beach. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and hang out. Would rent again if we’re ever in the area. Grand Vacations property management were easy to work with. Very responsive to our questions and requests. Great trip
