The holiday home is located in avery peaceful area surrounded by open landscapes and nature. Within just a few minutes’ drive, you can reach the sandy beach of Calheta as well as the picturesque seaside village of Jardim do Mar. In addition, the region offers excellent access to Madeira’s famous Levada hiking trails, making it an ideal base for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.

The atmosphere is defined by tranquility, space, and a relaxed rural setting - ideal for guests seeking relaxation, privacy, and an authentic Madeira experience, combined with breathtaking ocean views as your daily backdrop.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area:
The large terrace with barbecue, the expansive garden, the private pool, and the stunning sea views invite you to relax, sunbathe, and unwind. Upon request, the pool can be heated, providing additional comfort even during the cooler months. Pool heating can be booked separately (see below). Several seating and lounging areas offer sunny as well as shaded spots throughout the day — always accompanied by wide-open views of the Atlantic Ocean.

For a restful night’s sleep, the house features new, high-quality boxspring beds:
The master bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm box-spring bed featuring two different mattress firmness levels, ideal for individual sleeping preferences.
The second bedroom offers two separate single beds (90 cm each), perfect for friends, children, or flexible sleeping arrangements.

The house offers two bedrooms and a practical bathroom layout:
On the upper floor, you will find a shower and toilet, while the ground floor includes an additional separate toilet — convenient and comfortable, even for full occupancy.

Inside, the house combines traditional natural stone elements with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The spacious fully equipped kitchen and the inviting living area with a pellet stove create the perfect setting for relaxing evenings, especially during cooler days. Two secure private parking spaces are available directly on the property.

The lovingly maintained organic garden provides plenty of space to relax. Herbs and selected fruits may be enjoyed in limited quantities, in keeping with the respectful appreciation of nature and the surrounding environment.

The pool can be heated for a fee of 175,- €/week (25,- € per day). The pool heating must be booked at least 3 days before arrival for the entire stay.
