Great location, close to Surfside pier. Clean rooms, good communications.

The location of the house is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a great area to walk. We were within 1o-15 minutes to Murrells Inlet depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this location!

Very nice property! Nice open layout for family to gather. Great location- 3 houses from the beach! Perfect for young children that needed naps. Swimming pool was also a hit! Provided lots of supplies (and a wagon) needed for the beach which was very helpful as we traveled from different states to meet. Made going to the beach so enjoyable!

We had a great time in this place for the week. The pool was very clean and the walk to the beach was very easy!

We loved our stay here! We were within walking distance to the beach, which was very convenient with our 3 kids. The beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, etc that were provided was very convenient as well. We loved that it was pet friendly and accommodated our family well. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back.

My family and I wanted to go to the beach on Monday prior to Easter and return home on Wednesday. This would be a two night stay, which translates to a total stay of Monday 4 pm no early check in, through Wednesday 10 AM no late checkout allowed. Somehow, the published nightly rate of 467.64, instead of 935.27 became a thousand dollars more, i.e. 1986.34. Price broke down like this:nightly 467.64 x 2 nights 936.27Host Fee ?? (should that NOT be nightly rate) 615.00Service fee ? 192.00Property damage protection 59.00Tax 185.07Total paid 1986.34, which is actually almost 1000.00 per night. Trash carts were, some full when we arrived others over half full. We were told that we must put all trash in these cans, which should be expected, but what was not expected if our trash could not fit in containers we were expected to take garbage to the municipal garbage dump. Could not use hot tub, as it was very dirty. Home was very nice. For the exorbitant rate, I would have expected much better. In the check out instructions, we were toldl if we left anything in the unit, we could not get it back after 10 AM. At the price paid-----really????Daniel E. Buchanan

Everything about our stay was nice and relaxing. The property is in a great location. It’s walking distance from the beach and minutes away from everything.

Beautiful home steps from the beach! We found the home to be just as described. Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. It was too early to use the unheated pool but everyone loved the hot tub! The large covered deck was great when it rained. Loved the palmetto trees too! We had a great visit.

The location is awesome but the downstairs smelled like dog pee was soaked into the furniture and carpet. I tried to use disinfectant but the smell was so gross we left a night early.

This was our second time staying at Heaven Sent and it again suited our needs for family members coming and going during the week. Grandparents stayed downstairs with the full bath, and our daughters had plenty of room with adjoining bedrooms and a shared bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and spent time lying in the sun on the back deck. Walks on the beach were just a block away. We love the vibe of Surfside and will definitely be back.

The floors could have been cleaner. Thankfully, I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Overall, the hosts were wonderful to communicate with and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

I regret having to leave a negative review but need to document the house's current condition. House didn’t match listing, photos, or reviews which was disappointing. Upon arrival, the yard was overgrown/unkept and trash around exterior. The house interior could be better maintained. It wasn't vacuumed well, had broken hall light, dirty shower curtain, filthy baseboards and railings, stained carpet, dirt on doors/walls, and closet door off track. Hall closet was a sand-filled mess. There were stains on curtains and couches, air vents were dust-filled, and screen door was ripped. Twin beds had exposed/old box springs. There were no hand towels or bathmats. While kitchen had basics, it was disorganized, old/rusty cookware and sparse flatware. Upon check-in, we contacted owners, but received a response the following day. The owners took immediate action to address some issues (mow grass, fixed light and closet door). We appreciated these efforts and informed them other issues. Unfortunately, there was no further attempt to address the cleanliness issues. We offered to send photos of the house's condition but didn’t receive a response. The property had some positive aspects: location was convenient, close to beach access/restaurants, and neighborhood/neighbors were pleasant. The check-in/out process was straightforward, and property offered ample space, a pool, and 3 beach chairs. We enjoyed the week with our family and good weather, despite our disappointment in the house.
