Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee.     The photos do not do this house justice! This is a gorgeous property and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and given a tour of the property. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We loved the extra fridge, all the amenities and the open layout. We especially enjoyed having fresh squeezed juice in the morning from the orange tree on the property. We had such a fabulous time. Thanks for having us!

    This house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. We were in town for a family wedding and we all had a wonderful time. We especially loved the pool and spa, and the fruit from the orange and grapefruit trees was a quite a treat. Would definitely recommend!!!

    We really enjoyed the Betty Grable estate. The views and all other parts of the property are absolutely wonderful!The checkin with David and discussions with Mark were friendly and responsive. We plan to return next year.This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed at!

    This house is so spacious, clean and they have stoked it with everything you need! The views of the mountains are amazing! They had it all cooled down, pool was warm and the check in was so informative! We never wanted to leave!

    Great property, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a group of five couples. The group loved spending time in the pool and spa, cooking dinners and hanging out. The outside view is beautiful and relaxing. The property is a short ride to anything you need. The owner and property management is very easy to engaged with, quick to reply and support any question or request. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

    This gorgeous home has everything you need to make for a true Palm Springs experience. Spacious mid century property in lovely neighborhood with other gorgeous homes. Pick citrus fruit right off the tree! Fully stocked kitchen. Close to downtown and all the sights. David was super informative.
