Parking Guide
There is plenty of street parking in the area. If you plan on parking your car, please be sure to let us know prior to your stay so that we can provide a parking pass for you as needed. The parking pass will allow you to park in areas designated Zone 1, which covers a large area in Northwest DC. We are in the heart of the city so be smart and do not leave valuables or other items in the car. During the weekends, a parking pass is not needed. The parking can be a bit tricky so here are the general guidelines for parking.
As you are coming down Harvard Street, you cannot park on the RIGHT side of the street during rush hours (7 AM-9:30 AM and 4 PM - 6:30 PM). This does not apply on the weekends or holidays. The below guidelines are for when you are provided a parking pass. Outside of the dates listed below (Mar. 1-Oct. 31), it is generally recommended to park on left side of Harvard St. NW. with the pass.
Monday - Park on the RIGHT side of Harvard St. (ONLY from from March 1- October 31). From Mar. 1-Oct. 31, DC does street cleanings, so you cannot park on the LEFT side of Harvard St. until after 7 PM . If staying on a Monday evening, be sure to move your car to the LEFT side of Harvard St by 7 AM on Tuesday morning to avoid a ticket.
Tuesday - After 7 AM, park on the LEFT side of Harvard St. NW. From March 1- October 1, DC does street cleanings, so you cannot park on the RIGHT side of Harvard St.
Wednesday - Park on the LEFT side of Harvard St.
Thursday - Park on the LEFT side of Harvard St.
Friday - Park on the LEFT side of Harvard St.
Saturday, Sunday - You can park on either side of Harvard St.
If Harvard St. is full or no parking is available, you can make two rights (first right on Harvard, then immediately next right on Gresham Ave.), there will be plenty of parking on either side of the street. There is also other parking in the area marked Zone 1.
As always, if you have any questions about parking, please let us know. It might seem confusing at first, but generally is very easy as we park our cars on the street as well and have not had any issues.
Really amazing stay. Cozy and clean. Perfect for a solo stay, might be ideal for two. Close enough to historical places. I just loved it tbh.

We enjoyed our brief stay as we were in town for a show just a 15 minute walk away. Listing is accurate and location is convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Host was great with communication
Mine and my husbands first long trip alone together in our 33 year marriage. I’m so glad we chose this place. Amit has anything you need in this lovely apartment. Thank you Amit for making our stay so effortless.
All rooms were very clean and tidy. The overall atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful
Everything was perfect
Perfect place for our getaway. Listing very accurate. Neighborhood had plenty within walking distance. Food, drink, coffee, ice cream and dispensaries. Only thing not mentioned in listing, was the bed is high. It wasn't an issue for us, but might be others.
Convenient enough for visiting museums while getting away from it for evening
I enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The layout was efficient, and it was nice to have everything needed. Mail kept in close contact and was very helpful in recommending places to see and things to do. I would recommend this listing to anyone coming to visit Washington.
We stayed a night for the concert, and it was perfect for that. Great location to crash with loads of food options all around. Very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. If I go back to DC I would check this place out again.
Great location! Walking distance from a ton of restaurants and the metro! Perfect living space with everything we need! Amit was great and was very fast to respond to any questions I had.
I had a stay for one night just for myself. Nice place and great responsiveness from owner.
The manager was so helpful and amazingly kind. had a great stay despite DC being a little overwhelming
