Extremely private and centrally located to many amazing restaurants. Host was easily accessible and very personable.

The place was nice but I don't know why I thought it was 3 bedroom but we mad it work but it was quiet and peaceful area we were there only at night during the day we were out and about but thank you very much

Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed.

Once we found the unit with help from the management company, access was easy. Cleanliness in the unit was good and overall the space was ok — having nice areas as well as opportunities. The kitchen was laid out well and stocked enough for our needs, however the futon couch is not super comfortable and pretty close to the tv. The bedrooms are adequate, however the barn doors put privacy in question and don’t provide any sound insulation from the tiled main space. The bathroom has a fun design — highlighted by a shower stall that is interesting. The bathroom would really benefit from an elongated toilet. We enjoyed coffee in the small space in front early in the mornings before the sun and heat forced our retreat. Check out was easy thanks to the management company!

Erin is a very accommodating host. The house had everything you need to enjoy time away from your home.

Property was new, but had some issues that needed to be resolve. Our host promised to have them resolved but we didn't stick around to find out.

The place needs a little tweaking… # 1 oversized the outdoor space! # 2 get rid of the undersized bedroom rail doors! Hello! Doors are too small and too heavy for the rails. I had to take the door off the rail and hang a blanket, no good! Kinda dark in the unit cause it’s built on the back side of a property, and not much windows.This is our 5 th rental in Phoenix and it’s way over priced for what you get. Won’t stay here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Clean, spacious, well stocked, in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful and communicative and was able to promptly answer any questions we had. When we return we will be staying here again.

What a wonderful place! Very convenient and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was well appointed and the check-in process was super easy.

We stayed to attend a graduation at GCU. The location was ideal as it was close to the airport and GSU. Parking was a little tight, but we only rented a car for one day and took Uber most of the time so it was very convenient due to location. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Property was clean and has everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, house was clean, everything was provided that you’ll need and the hosts are super nice. I’d stay again when I’m in the area.

Lovely little spot in a convenient-to-everything location. This guest house was perfect for a weekend visit to the area with our 2 pups. The home is appointed with all the essentials and recently renovated. It was comfortable and quiet and the owners were super responsive and helpful while I was booking. We will be back

Very pleased with our stay at Mid Town Casita. Property managers were very helpful. Loved the large open area and kitchen island. Very clean with plenty of space inside and out for the 3 of us. I would definitely come here again. Only downside was the construction taking place on the surrounding streets, but that couldn't be helped. Highly recommend.

Prpperty as advertised, great central location, quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly modernized, tasteful. Host quickly responsive. Big problem, electronic door lock malfunctioned, big problem getting in the door, had to improvise! Host quickly provided a fix. Place is a bit small, overall our stay was great!!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations worked well for us.

The only negative was that the door combo was programmed wrong and we couldn’t get in at all the first night. Messages were left and phone call was made but since we arrived very late after midnight there was no response and so we had to stay at another place night one. Other than this it was a delightful place with beautifully stocked kitchen and bath and it was a nice safe and quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed this well appointed casita near the Central PHX area. It had easy accessibility to downtown sights and services. It was nicely furnished and had most of the amenities of home. It was very neat and clean, and had a pleasant outdoor space. The photos were very true to the actual facility.

Property is newly remodeled, nicely equipped, very comfortable this time of year and easy to get to places. The neighborhood was quiet and we definitely felt comfortable walking our dog around the area. Erin was easy to communicate with about things. Great trip, nice home away from home.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! Very cute, well decorated, spotless casita. Location in quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Felt very private even though to neighbors. We had no problems with noise. Kitchen is large and has nice center island. Only disappointment to me, as a home cook, was not having an oven and only 2 burner cooktop. The kitchen does have a small microwave and toaster oven. We definitely recommend this casita.

Great place with everything you need. We stayed for 5 days with our 5 month old and had no issues.

My friend & I were on a girls trip & this was our last stop before heading back home. We booked the place for 3 days & 2 night. When we arrived, there was an issue with parking. There was a vehicle in our designated parking spot. At this point, we found out that the property has two rentals on the same property {basically a front house & then I’m guessing a MIL type house, which is what we rented.}.I contacted the manager &they were able to contact the other guests to move their vehicle. The 2nd night, we had the same issue- but 3 new cars as there were new guests in the front house. We basically had to block one of the cars in because we were two females in a new area & didn’t feel comfortable parking on the street. We weren’t able to reach the manager for a few hours as she was off line. I would recommend making sure that both renters are told about the parking & some home confirm that they have the allowed cars or tell both that the other home is rented so both parties are considerate of keeping the parking open. The only issue that we had, was that you can’t take a shower when the washing machine is on. We adjusted after the first night. I would book the place again though due to the convenience of the location & the property managers communication.

Perfectly appointed in Phoenix! The space was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was pretty good—close to great restaurants (The Giving Tree was our favorite) and attractions, yet tucked away in a cute neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The hosts were friendly, ensured we had a comfortable stay and were responsive. We highly recommend this cute little spot for anyone visiting Phoenix.
