New! Pristine Lake Norman Home w/ Private Dock

Great location on Lake Norman. Deep water dock as well as beach area at lake’s edge. This is a super home with plenty of space, views, and a large modern kitchen. Our 3rd Summer here and always special memories created for the entire family. Easy access to Troutman, Lake Norman State Park, and Mooresville.

Beautiful house, and so comfortable and well organized. Everything was perfect and we had a great time. We plan to come back again.

Krista was wonderful to work with. Super flexible and accommodating to our needs. And the house was gorgeous on the lake. You'll really enjoy staying here!

We had a small family gathering of 5 adults for the Christmas holiday. The house was perfect, extremely clean and well appointed, it has everything you might need or want. Situated right on the lake the view was spectacular and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Should we find ourselves back in the area we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our family of 7 just got home from a weekend at Lake Norman. This house had EVERYTHING you could need from coffee in the morning to little throws hidden all over the house to snuggle and relax. Our family enjoyed the view we cant wait to book this house for a late summer vacation so that we can actually use the lake!!

The property was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for our extended family and grandchildren. Krista was always very responsive to my messages during the booking process. Only slight negative is there is not much to insulate against people walking on floors above. Tried to keep from waking infants and young children. I would give the overall review 4.5 for this only ( if that were an option).

This Lakehouse was amazing! Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen was a dream!!! We made wonderful memories over our short stay! Will definitely come again if available! Great communication from owners as well!

We had a great time, the house and location on the lake are great. Adults and children will enjoy this place. The yard, tree swing, and dock got lots of use. If you want to enjoy Lake Norman this home would be a great choice. Also easy access into Troutman.

We had a girls reunion at this house and it could not have been more perfect! The house was beautiful and had a ton of space for us. Everyone could not stop talking about how perfect the property it was. Krista and Brent were amazing hosts who put so much thought into their house and into making our stay incredible. We enjoyed so much quality time and fun at the lake and would love to stay here again if we go back to Lake Norman

We had an amazing time. The place is clean with a fully stocked kitchen to make whatever we wanted. The lake is beautiful and deep off the property. We had a wonderful time swimming and relaxing off the dock without ever having to worry about touching the bottom. There were plenty of seats for all of us, whether we were eating dinner or playing games in the living room. A big thing for us was we all wanted our own bed, and this house delivered! It was exactly what we were hoping it would be!

Our family had such a wonderful trip! This home was so adorable, comfortable and had everything we needed! Would love to go back!

this house is perfect for anything! the little added details were on point down to the bath salts! this house is stocked and clean and new and absolutely fabulous! Everything was PERFECT! thank u Kristen for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!!! We will be back !
