Our family of 9 loved this beautiful, charming home. The outside area is private and amazing with a very large heated pool, 2 TV’s, a grill, fridge, a full bathroom, lots of seating and a large dining area. The inside is roomy with a great kitchen and another nice dining area. The beds were super comfortable.Abbey has thought of everything for a delightful stay.

This was the second time we stayed in this home. The first time was about 10 years ago. We loved it then as well. Our grandchildren were babies now young teens. The house is so very family friendly. Location absolutely could not be better. We had bikes delivered the morning we got there. We could walk across the street to the beach and bar/restaurant. Really recommend their happy hour. Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked. Promise you will create fond memories.

Sick house all around, ideal for a long weekend with friends. Pool and outdoor area are absolutely aces. Bedrooms are massive, plenty of bathrooms, lots of space, and the kitchen is as fully stocked as you could ever desire. Can't think of one negative thing to say except that we couldn't stay forever.

This was a family vacation with all adults. It was a wonderful cozy well equipped home. The front door needs to be replaced. Other than that. We had a wonderful time. Beds are comfortable. Everything’s very nice.

From my first contact with our host Abbey until our checkouts my communication was great. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. We experienced a beautiful home that included all the amenities we needed. (As Advertised)With 11 in my family we had plenty of room to spread out for some personal space as well as very comfortable rooms to end our day . Beds and bedding were very comfortable.The outdoor space was so beautiful, we spent so much time enjoying the pool and dinning area. The outdoor shower and bathroom was a bonus.Our children and grandchildren were all very happy.Seaside Place gave us a dream vacation in Key West.

We loved the Seaside Place. We had a group of 6 adults and 5 teenagers. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the porch in the early morning and evening. The pool was an added bonus especially after spending our day in the hot sun. This was one of our best vacations. Location was excellent too!

We had a great stay at Seaside Place- it was spacious and roomy, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and lots of nice kitchen appliances, high quality pots and pans, etc. The pool and outside area was excellent as well. The house itself has a lot of history, and it's located in a great location close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.

The property was perfect for our family of 10 visiting. The room layout accommodated adults and children and we appreciated the multiple living/dining spaces. The pool was a hit. We only wish the weather would have cooperated better that week. Easy walking distance to Duvall, the beach, grocery and dining. We rented an EV golf cart and the home accommodated the charging of it. Along with the rental company being 2 doors away.

We spend quite a bit of time in the Keys and brought a group of 11 ages 15-51 this time for a week. House was perfect, loved the double washer and dryer, plus the beautiful outdoor area and pool. A great location, though I recommend renting a golf cart for a week as well. We got coffee at Ana’s each morning and ending many nights at the Tipsy Rooster (both essentially next door. Highly recommend.

The perfect property for a family gathering. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is close to many activities and attractions, yet reasonably quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely time and would recommend this property wholeheartedly. Thank you Abby!

Wonderful property and location. Walk to everything. we gave the pool a workout. House was perfect size and accommodations for we 10.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property offered the perfect setting to get a mix of venturing out and about in Key West and just relaxing around the pool and throwing together a quick BBQ dinner. Abbey was a super helpful and responsive host. Very much recommend.

This house is pretty cool, the location is phenomenal for Key west, a block off the Southern most point and the South side of Duval. The house had solid internet and A/C and a beautiful pool in the back with plenty of seating and pool toys etc. No shortage of dishes or outlets to plug your devices in, overall well outfitted. Only minor gripes the pool was too warm most days as water didn’t seem to be flowing a mid week repair seemed to mediate this issue. The floors were pretty dirty, it seems the cleaning people may be slacking in this area. The seating in the house, “hand built” was pretty uncomfortable so made larger gatherings in the TV area not so great. We had a guy show up thirty minutes before the published check out at 11 trying to get us off the property, I showed him the documentation and asked him to leave. Overall good, I would probably rent again if coming down again with a big group.

There’s so much to love about this property. It’s clean, apparently well-managed and maintained. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are nice. We all loved the pool, and made use of the sound system. Big outside dining table under shade, we had morning coffee and afternoon drinks here every day. The location is far enough from the loud bars that you can actually sleep. You’ll want transportation (we used golf carts) to explore more. Comes with helpful concierge (Abbey) that will help plan and take care of all your reservations. 5 Stars all around.

Really enjoyed Key West

We stayed at this amazing house for 5 days! It was a girls trip for a big birthday! The location, private pool and Abby were all FANTASTIC!!! We hope to be back soon!!!

So glad we found this place. There were 8 of use in the house and it was the perfect size! The owners of Seaside Place thought of everything, this home is ready for your vacation! Everyone in our group thought it was perfect for our trip. We could not have been happier!

Seaside place was a beautiful house and was close to a lot of the main attractions in Key West. Abbey was the hostess of the house and she was very communicative and prompt in responding to any questions. I highly recommend this house for your stay in Key West.
