Good to Know Before You Book:

We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras (floodlight) with audio are in use on the property.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.

    This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to Antique Sandwich Shop, Point Defiance, Dune Park, the Zoo and Ruston Market. Easy walk or short drive.Clean, easy access and great communication with the owners. Look forward to a return trip soon.

    The updated home was both quiet and clean. Located in the Ruston area, it was perfect location. Easy access to Point Defiance Park and many other things in Tacoma. Although we didn’t cook here, it seemed to be very well stocked with utensils, coffee, etc. We would stay here again.

    My family arrived late in the evening on a weekday and Victoria and Codi were accommodating in every way! They were communicative throughout the entire stay and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The bungalow is perfectly sized for 2-3 and so well crafted! Check in/out was easy and the location was perfectly stationed between Mt Rainier and downtown Seattle. Highly recommended!

    Owners were good communicators. Felt safe at night. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot. Smaller house but luckily we weren’t there much besides at night. Recommend if your stopping through town but not if your expecting a spectacular interior decorated place.
