The house was very clean with great accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and bed linens. Washer and dryer is a huge plus. The hot tub was awesome! Super clean. Location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Restaurants, breweries, shopping and parks all within walking distance. 10/10 stay! I will definitely add this to our list of places to stay in Bend.

Beautiful property in an awesome central location! Walking distance to many restaurants and breweries. The hot tub was a great amenity, it was in good, clean condition. The display and buttons on the controls was worn off so it was hard to get the settings just right.Appreciate that this property is dog friendly! Will definitely be back!

Great place, great location!

Well stocked kitchen, but limited bathroom essentials (ie - air freshener) and bathroom products (shampoo, body wash) bottles were mislabeled which was confusing when showering.

A perfect sized house for our family trip to Bend. All three bedrooms were comfortable and complete. The room with twin beds worked great for the small children, plus the porta crib (thank you!)The home was comfortable and equipped. A hot tub for early mornings and evenings to unwind. The dog bed was enjoyed by our little dog. The check in process and access was easy. Any questions and/or communication with the host was answered quickly. I would highly recommend this home as it is comfortable, well equipped and close to shops, river trail, food carts, and restaurants for walking.

We were visiting for our son’s graduation and this was a great location. You could walk everywhere! The house was clean and sufficient for our needs.

We loved our stay here! The location is excellent with several great places to eat within walking distance. The home and hot tub were clean. Check-in was super easy and I love the keypad entry so that we didn't have to worry about a key. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need. BEST of all, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!

Great stay for a quick ski vacay. Dog friendly, comfortable, reasonably priced and the hot tub after a day of skiing a must! If you can handle one bathroom, this is the rental for you.

It was a great stay! One comment from my kids was there seemed to be a very obvious “weed” smell in the house. Coming from Michigan where it is legal, it didn’t really bother me but my kids that live in Idaho mentioned it more than once. Loved the hot tub and used it 1-2 times a day. When we arrived, we were anxious to use it and were disappointed that it was only at 91degrees. Maybe increase the temperature for incoming guests? Also loved the separate bedroom for me as I am an extremely early riser and then I didn’t bother them at all. Loved the location the most! Walkable to anything we wanted to do in town. Walked to dinner and frozen yogurt! Wouldn’t hesitate to rent if I was to travel to Bend again. Thank you!

This is a delightful home; well appointed, spotlessly clean, splendid outdoor areas, and a kitchen that begs to be used. Great linens, good communication with the agency, and a trouble-free experience. We can't wait to come back!

My colleague and I stayed here during the week because we were in court in Bend. We could not have been happier! Great place, well stocked kitchen (house, actually), and delightfully comfortable. We were here for work, but we each plan to return with our families.

Hot tub near downtown and a short ride from Phil's trails. What more could you ask for?

Great property and great location.

This little house is minutes walk from restaurants, breweries and tap rooms. Yet, in a quiet neighborhood. The river is close walk in one direction and the mountains and close drive in the other. Feels like a cabin that's in the middle of town.
