More seating in the living room would have been great. Quieter and more comfortable mattresses would have also been a huge plus. Overall, a nice stay.

The property was nice enough. The local contact person never responded to any texted questions, so there was that. Also, the coffee cups and drinking glasses in the kitchen cabinet were covered in some sort of sticky residue, like pancake syrup. I think that was accidental, however, because the dishwasher had unused soap in the dispenser and I believe the cleaning person just did not realize it had not been started previously. At least that is one possibility. Still, a little disturbing. We still choose to give a good recomendation because the location was nice, the check in procedure was pretty seamless, and the property looked like it has been well maintained. Oh yes, if one would like to have a glass of wine while there, you will need to bring your own wine glasses. There were none.

Nice clean home in a great location. I would advise everyone that there are 45 steps up to the house. The only thing we lacked where wine glasses.

The house was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this house would be hard to access. It's about a 20 minute walk to all the downtown shopping and restaurants, but there are sidewalks, so it's not a bad walk. The house is along main, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, but it was still quiet enough to sit out on the porch and enjoy the autumn weather.

The place was clean and very nice. The bed was a bit noisy. Not like sleeping at home, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was extreme. Only 2 negative things I can say. Lots of stairs to get in, and the bath soap they supplied was empty. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay at.

The property is great and close enough to the shops on main to walk. There is a trolley stop less than 100 feet away as well. The stairs are not as bad as I thought they would be after reading some other reviews. If you have knee or mobility issues, this would not be the property for you. Had a nice stay and would likely stay again if we ever needed to.

This was our 4th trip to Eureka Springs. We loved NOLA on Main. It is very clean and very comfortable (the host supplies most of what you need, and it has two en-suite bathrooms). It is also very cute inside and out, has great parking, and is only about a 15-minute walk to all the attractions on Main, Spring, and Center Streets. I highly recommend NOLA on Main unless you cannot climb stairs. It is our favorite rental place so far!

This was a cute property that I unfortunately cannot recommend. This property is on a wooded property and as we climbed the stairs, there were multiple sticks and branches down. No big deal, we thought, but it was probably a sign that no one had been to the property for awhile. When we opened the door, there were multiple live bugs that crawled in or around the door. Well, with the trees, we thought they had probably been clustered around the doorframe. Again, we killed those bugs and planned to continue our stay. I didn't see any bugs in the bedroom but there were a couple dead bugs on the windowsill. Not uncommon but also could have been easily wiped up when cleaning so I rated the cleaning at a 3. When I got up in the morning and turned on the bathroom light, I saw a couple bugs scatter. What kind of bug scatters with light..... roaches. I walked out into the hall and there was another similar bug but I didn't recognize the type of bug. At that point, I decided I didn't want to stay there for the 2nd night and I felt that was a reasonable decision as I had seem multiple dead and live bugs in multiple rooms at that point. So we packed up, notified Vacasa and left at check out time. We left the bugs on the floor and window sills so there wouldn't be questions about the validity of them being there. About 4 messages over 2 days later, and I was denied a refund of the 2nd nights stay that I requested. I happily have paid for the night we did stay.

The house was very nice and within walking distance to downtown. Location was perfect! The beds were not very comfortable, I don’t think we could have done more than a couple of nights and there was also an infection of silverfish and ants. They were everywhere. We reported it as soon as we got to the property but over the 3 days we were there, we probably killed 50.

We were initially drawn to this rental because of the many glowing reviews, but after our stay, we realized most of those seem to come from unverified sources—and unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. The beds were a major issue: loud, squeaky, and hard/uncomfortable. We reached out to ask if a mattress pad or extra comforter could be provided to help, but we were told to get one ourselves (literally). Another big downside was the bug problem; we encountered several throughout our stay. The decor, while possibly appealing to some, was excessive—there were many items on every surface that we had little space for our things. Also, be aware that the stairs are much steeper and more numerous than they appear in the listing photos. That said, the space was newly remodeled, the layout was functional, and they did have nice hand soap. With a few basic improvements—comfortable bedding, pest control, owners who were more gracious to guest requests and clearer photos/expectations—this place could be a great stay. But as it stands, we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

This house is located about a mile from the action of old town Eureka Springs - which is perfect. It's really close to the Passion of the Christ as well. As far as the house, it's perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. There are several steps, so if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you, we were fine with it, though. It is decorated completely New Orleans style. There is everything you need, including washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again.

The house is super cute and located in a great location to walk downtown to all the shops and fun. You must be prepared to climb quite a bit of stairs to get up to the place and back down again. If you have trouble with stairs, do not rent this place! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate. We could’ve used some extra blankets as it was cold in the mornings, and there was no coffee available! That is a no-no in my books when it comes to places to stay.. Otherwise, it was a great stay in the place is adorable.

The house was adorable, cozy and clean! There were so MANY stairs and thankful that our group is healthy enough to walk up them. I would recommend mentioning this as not everyone is as capable to climb as easily!I messaged the host several times, I believe up to 6 times, to request a late checkout with zero response! We ended up staying about an hour after checkout with no additional fees or complaints. Some sort of response would have been nice though, it’s about respect for me!!

The property is in the historic district, but on the far end, so it is quieter than if you stayed in middle. For me that is a plus. You walk a little further, but that is the charm of Eureka. A huge plus that the property has on-site parking. This is a rarity in Eureka. You climb stairs to get to the entry which is on a covered porch. So you are able to sit high above the street and enjoy the view. The place is charming and the beds are comfortable . An issue arose in one of the bathrooms. Communication got tangled between the app and email. Ultimately the issue was resolved. It was difficult to find check out procedures on the app, but was sent them after I requested. I think mostly these were due to the VRBO app itself, and the fact the property is managed by a company with multiple employees and I got responses from different people each attemot attempt at relaying information.Overall, I would stay here again.

There are 40+ steps to climb before you reach the porch. Steps are made of uneven stones & then an open metal staircase. So if you have fear of heights, this home may not be for you. It also requires you to carry luggage up & then down, so don’t pack too heavy. Once you reach the door, the house is beautiful on the inside. Nice kitchen & bedrooms very comfortable.
