NEW OCEANFRONT LISTING! TOTALLY RENOVATED 2 bed/2.5 bath Sea Place Townhome

Very clean! Beautiful views of ocean. Descriptions of rental were true and then some. Everything we needed was there for us. Especially welcomed were the beach chairs!! And shampoo and bath products. Even an extra roll of toilet paper. Close walk to pool and ocean. Only wished the door wall screens worked. Lizards on porch are cute,but sure didn’t want any inside. We enjoyed our trip.

We had a great stay at this townhome. It was Avery clean home. The check in and out was very easy. The accommodations and amenities were great with easy access to the beach and community pool. Definitely recommend!

The townhome was close to the pool and beach. The house was beautiful and looked newly renovated, and very clean, We were a party of 6, and I was happy there were plenty of clean towels for everyone. Candy was very accommodating and she quickly answered my texts . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, but the dishwasher basket was severely rusted, which made the glassware smell like rust . Also when we arrived, there was an intense MUSTY smell in the whole house. The next day the smell seemed to minimize when we turned on the air conditioner.

Yes the host was great the the place was very nice and new on the inside. Something that i would do is install USB outlets for charging stations for someone that doesn't have a plug in boxs

Everything was as depicted on the rental information. Very clean and easy access to beach. The owner gave very clear instructions for all amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all it had to offer.

Candy was A wonderful host. Her Condo was beautifully decorated with many fun touches throughout.The kitchen had everything you would need if you chose to cook or entertain. It was updated and most of all very clean. We appreciated the fact that there were plenty of towels and large beach towels. I would not hesitate to rent her place again. Great location!

We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed beautiful accommodations and the gorgeous views. Everything was so clean and tastefully decorated… so peaceful and relaxing. We loved taking walks on the beach and enjoying the views from our two balconies. We rented a car so getting in and out of historic St Augustine was easy. Check at Caps on the water…we loved the water views! Candy, our property manager, was a great communicator and kept us up to date with information throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

This condo is wonderful! The location is great. The pool and the beach are just a few steps away! It was immaculate and had the best decor! If you need a well equipped kitchen? This is your place! We didn’t cook while there but I was so impressed with how well stocked it was. Every appliance you can think of was in the pantry: crock pot, air fryer, it had a k cup coffee pot on the counter but a full sized coffee pot brewer in the pantry just in case! My favorite thing was the view of the beach and sand dunes from both balcony’s. I loved being able to open the sliding doors and let the ocean in. Sunrises were magical!

We had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It is very clean and well decorated, everything was just as described. The view from the balconies was gorgeous. The rental is well stocked with everything we needed including a beach cart/chairs/towels for the beach. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

This property is outstanding! Great location with beautiful views of the ocean and a conservation area with lots of wildlife. The condo was spotless and well equipped. Property owner was available for any questions and check in. We will definitely be booking another stay. Top notch!

Exactly as advertised - clean, beds very comfortable, location is gorgeous, easy access to beach. Candy is easy to contact and willing to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

This property is extremely clean and it is clear that they did some nice updates. The location was quiet and perfect for accessing the beach. The only major drawback was the bed in the main bedroom. I would give five stars if it wasn't for that. When you sat on the side of the main bed, it sunk down so far that there is no way it would have been supportive enough to have a good sleep. (And we are NOT overweight people but rather very in shape 60 somethings) Since, we spend 1/3 of the day sleeping, the mattress becomes a crucial part of whether we can have a restful vacation. It always seems to me that investing in a good mattress and couch that does not sink down when on it might be important for rental owners? We had to sleep in the twin beds, so we said it felt a bit like summer camp lol. Maybe if you are in your 20s the bed would be fine, but anyone over the age of 45 is likely to need a decent bed. We had a great time- just wish we could have slept in the main bed. We would come back if there was a change in the mattress. A teapot for tea drinkers would also be a nice touch :).

The place and the stay was simply amazing!! Perfect time of year and a great location to everything you could want to do!! The Host Candy was perfect!! Answering every question we had. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!

Great condo with beautiful views. Quiet, updated and clean. Everything was in working order. Centrally located with supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants near by. A short drive to state parks and downtown historic St Augustine. Highly recommend. Candy was very responsive. Highly recommend.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful! Clean, well furnished, and with the best views! We had an amazing time, and Candy was the best!

Had a fantastic stay. The property was nice and the beach was quiet. Loved that we could drive out there and park right behind where we sat up our chairs! Condo was newly remodeled and in pristine condition. Would definitely stay again!
