New Oceanfront home with Pool/Spa, Game Rm, Elevator,4 Masters & Movie Theater

Just had a few problems but didn’t bring them up was to busy enjoying the excellent location but the problems were there were a few cabinets that had broken doors and the movie theater chairs weren’t plugged in and couldn’t figure out how to do it.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and spacious and enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The only issue we had was most of the remote controls for tv and theater batteries were dead.

A great location for a larger group. It was just as advertised. A little disappointed some minor items we normally expect weren’t included (eg, linens, towels, dishwasher tabs, extra trash bags) but we were notified about this and could prepay for the linens and towels. Host was very responsive to questions.

The house was not ready at checkin and even after the cleaners finished cleaning, it was dirty. The rugs all need to be shampooed or replaced.The hot tub was not ready when we checked in.

No question has become a bit 'worn'. Ceiling with stains and cracks, furniture getting 'worn' and garbage disposal inoperable. But its a beautiful house, we like the location and hope to stay again in future.

Beautiful home!! Just as described in the pictures. The view is amazing, location is perfect, and the house is very large. We had a group of 18, 10 teenagers and 8 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone. The hot tub was a hit among the teens. The movie room was great too. Perfect for watching the finale of stranger things on New Years!! Location is great for going to restaurants and Barefoot Landing. The men went golfing for a day which was super close by as well. Tanger outlets is also nearby. Host was responsive and very helpful! 10/10 getaway. Thank you Sue!

Host fantastic. Amenities great. Very roomy house. Kitchen stocked very good. Only complaint was cleanliness. Throw rugs very dirty and floors dusty. Windows dirty, outdoor deck has not been cleaned. Furniture dusty. Need to check behind beds, dressers and under beds. Great place to stay. Will probably book for next year even though not happy with cleanliness. Great location.

House was absolutely amazing.

Beautiful beach house. Great pool and sauna. Easy access to beach. By far the most clean house I’ve ever rented. Simply outstanding.

This property is amazing, the photos on their webpage doesn't do justices to the house. The ocean views are mesmerizing and the pool, hot tub and access to the beach truly makes it a wonderful vacation property. We had 17 people in our family from 10yrs to 74yrs old. The house is so large that we never felt on top of each other. The host was very prompt in communicating with us during our visit and resolved all our minor issues that we inform her about. We already planning to return on our next family vacation.

Beautiful home and nice location! house was dirty upon arrival, Pool and spa pump failed while we were there, kitchen sink faucet was falling out, garbage can under home full of trash, ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy, outdoor grill filthy, Pool table, foos ball table and air hockey table were in poor condition. Not even a broom on site to do some sweeping. This home is listed as new though it has been neglected! Definitely not what we expected for the money.

There were 10 adults, 3 children and one infant in our party who slept at the property. But relatives living in Myrtle Beach came for dinner and hanging out at the beach. The Haven accommodated all of us and then some. There were more than enough bedrooms, each an en-suite and two powder rooms. More than enough. The kitchen had tons of plates, bowls, coffee cups and wine glasses. Silverware aplenty to handle a large group. Double ovens and dishwashers. The elevator was a blessing and worked just fine. When there was an issue with a door not locking, Sue and her team, were very responsive (on a holiday no less) and repaired the issue. The outdoor grill is needing some attention (didn’t get hot enough ) to cook on. NOTE: There is an additional fee for bed linens and bath towels. Overall, a lovely property that accommodated our family annual vacation and helped create memories. We would definitely stay again at The Haven in North Myrtle Beach!

The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was large and very comfortable as well as beautiful. The view from the deck was truly beautiful. The street was busier than I expected. You could hear the cars and motorcycles from inside the house with the windows closed. The sidewalks in the immediate vicinity were not smooth, so walking places was difficult. The outdoor shower was also broken. The swimming pool and hot tub were magnificent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

This was our third year staying in this house. My siblings and I enjoy spending time here and being together under one roof. Being able to spread out in the large living areas is a plus for my family. The owner of the house is always available if needed and very nice. The hot water went out on one side of the house and the owner had it fixed in under an hour.

The Haven was perfect for our family. Our grandkids loved the movie room and there was plenty of room for everyone!

The AC didn’t work, up stairs was very warm couldn’t open windows, we went to grill out the grill would not heat up, The dish washer had not been cleaned out in a while we opened it it was awful the smell, we had repaire men coming to the house why we were there for our vacation, another thing is we had to pay for our sheets and towels never head of this before, it wasn’t cheap other then that beautiful spot loved it being on the beach but there is a lot along the ocean

Stayed here with some friends for a golf trip/bachelor party and it was better than we could have imagined. The house was enormous, every room had their own bathroom and the house was right on the beach. We watched some college basketball on the theatre screen. The elevator was a bit finicky, so we didn’t really use it, but other than that, the place was absolutely perfect. Would 100% come stay again.

We had the best time at this vacation home. The house is huge and was more than enough room for our group of 28 people. The kids had a blast in the theatre room and jacuzzi. My now husband and I had a beautiful/intimate wedding on the beach right out back. The owner of this house is a great communicator and very generous. Would definitely book again!

This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual Girls Christmas Shopping Trip which we have been doing for 25 years. We always have 20-30 women going. This place is big enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy ourselves and very convenient to all our usual shopping places and restaurants that we enjoy visiting each year.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this ideal home with ample space to bring everyone together. With eight beautiful bedrooms, there is more than enough space for each guest to relax in comfort. The property is not only spacious but also thoughtfully equipped with amenities needed for our gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen make cooking a breeze, and the large dining area allowed us all to sit together for our holiday feast. The living areas are cozy yet open, making it easy for everyone to gather for fun games, and late-night conversations. Being right on the beach is a dream! We enjoy morning coffee with ocean views, walks on the shore. Love the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Sue is responsive and very accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was addressed immediately and resolved quickly. Check-in and check-out are effortless. We felt genuinely welcomed and at the home. This property exceeds our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate, connect, and create memories, this is it!
