NEW Naples Modern Farmhouse w/Heated Pool, Sleep 10

We arrived at the house and saw the pool was not clean and the skimmer wasn't working. Pool water had bugs floating on the top, and pool was dirty. We contacted the PM and she got someone to come and service the pool on Sat. morning. He got the skimmer to work, shocked the pool with chemicals and cleaned the pool. Friday night we ate at the house and loaded the dishwasher. The next day we opened the dishwasher to find all the dishes were still dirty!! We washed all dishes and glasses by hand. My son has the same dishwasher so we thought we did everything right but I told the PM that we would try it again Saturday night after dinner to see what happens. We did, and again, the dishes were dirty. I told the PM the dishwasher was definitely broken and she said she would see if a repairman could come out, but that would be Sunday and we didn't think that would work or that we would want to deal with that on our vacation. We washed the dishes again and then Sunday put the rest of our dirty dishes into the dishwasher as PM suggested. We went out Sunday night to eat to avoid washing dishes. Pool was cold, and we told PM Temp was at 82, and she raised it to 85. That was better so we all went into the pool. Finally, the patio screen, umbrellas and chairs were full of spiders and webs. Ants in the pool area. We live in Florida. Our exterminator cleans the patio for spiders and sprays for ants. We did the best we could but worried about spider bites. Not happy! VRBO please reply

We could not love this place more. Not only did it fit everyone with plenty of extra living space but the house is exactly as pictured, super relaxing, very accommodating host, pool was awesome. Plenty of places to sit and lounge indoors and outdoors as well. They had all the extras we might need...beach towels, incidentals, spices, toiletries, cooking utensils, the popcorn station was so fun for movie nights, we will 100% be back. Honestly thought all these rave reviews might be dramatized or fake but they are true! The place is outstanding!

Jenna is a five star host! She responded quickly to the messages I sent her and was very accommodating. Her home was perfect for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed. It was nice having 2 living rooms with televisions to spread out. Although, we spent most of our time at the outside space. We enjoyed the pool along with the covered area with comfortable outdoor furniture and television. The umbrella table was great for playing games. The location is close to great restaurants, shopping, the zoo, water slide park, Mercato and many other spots. It is a short drive to Wiggins Pass Beach. I would definitely stay here again! Love the layout and amenities. The pool was wonderful and used daily. Host was very responsive to all our questions. We’re looking forward to going back.

The photos accurately represented the home. Kitchen was great— well-stocked with all our cooking needs— pans, dishes (plastic for outside). Nice outdoor space. Lots of pool and beach toys. Very clean, excellent communication; easy check-in process. Would definitely rent again.

Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property! Every detail was accounted for: small bathroom toiletries, cleaning products, beach items, kids toys, a fully stocked kitchen - I could go on and on! Staying here was as easy as it was comfortable. The property was clean and welcoming when we arrived. It offered plenty of space for our large group. Jenna was super responsive and helpful to any and never need! Would 100% love to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality rental in the Naples area!

Great house for our family stay. Accommodations were more than adequate for six adults and one toddler. The house was very clean and comfortable. Thankful for the pack n play for our grandson. Jenna was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Jenna was such a pleasure to rent from! This was our first time in Naples and she answered all my questions. The house was just as described and had a ton of amentities that made it super easy (beach wagon, chairs, cooler, toys for kids). Would def rent again - thanks!

We had a great stay at this property. We travel as a big family 3-4 times a year and this home had so much space for us all. The host was so quick to respond, 10/10 customer service.Pros: big kitchen stocked with essentials, 2 indoor living areas, lots of outdoor/pool toys, plenty of parking on the driveway, home was beautifully decorated. Plenty of pool towels. the garage had so many beach essentials (so many beach chairs) Just a few cons for us personally: Not enough bath towels for our size family, we usually rent homes with each bathroom stocked with lots of bath-towels and wash cloths. The AC seemed controlled, the last night was 77 degrees despite setting it to 71. All of this to say we ultimately would stay here again. We highly recommend this property!

Our stay was great for a young family! The pool was great during the day and the garage had everything we needed for the beach!

Had a wonderful time with the 9 of us (6 adults-2 toddlers-1infant) and there was plenty of room for all. The pool area was perfect for daytime and nighttime get togethers. The home was spacious and had everything needed to get by for a week. A lot of extras were supplied for pool toys. Jenna very responsive and responsible. Grill worked great and the outdoor covered patio was very useful for kid’s naps. Very nice home and worth staying when in Naples. Highly recommend it!

Great setup for a larger family vacation. Beautiful home that provided all the little necessities you may need for your stay from beach chairs/umbrellas to all cooking utensils and towels and blankets!
