NEW! Mountain views, arcade, hot tub, 3000sqft

The location of this house is wonderful! The driveway was a bit steep, so I can see how four-wheel drive vehicles are needed, but we had no issues with access. The outdoor space was so fun to use and the kids really enjoyed being in the hot tub while it was snowing. Plenty of space for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) to spread out and find our own space if needed, but also lots of good gathering areas to play games. The location was very convenient to get to downtown and enjoy all Santa Fe has to offer while still feeling like you're out in the peaceful countryside.

The home was perfect for our outdoorsy family of grandparents, kids and grandkids! We loved the game room, hot tub and outdoor area. The stargazing and sunsets were perfect endings to our days. It’s an easy and quick drive to Santa Fe, and convenient to beautiful hiking trails! Oh, and the communication with the property owner was top-notch.

Everything about our stay at this property exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and arcade game. The internet and TV worked well. But the best part was the incredible views of the valley from the porch and patio, especially at sunset and at night. We really liked being at the top of a quiet mountain road, but also only minutes from town. A great place to stay.

Beautiful house - we loved the arcade room / sun room and hot tub in particular. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. Location was good, private but ~15 minute drive to town. Sparkling clean house. One small thing to note - it is 4 bedrooms but 3 bathrooms that are all in bedrooms (no communal bathrooms). Not a big deal, but definitely a bit inconvenient if you are using all 4 rooms

Beautiful home with NewMex character. Lots of comfortable places for quiet morning coffee or evening drinks. Kids loved the ping pong / pool table and arcade. Very attentive / responsive host. Perfectly positioned to Santa Fe (10 min drive.)

We had a great time at this home. Lots of games were played from pool to video games to ping pong, we got to witness a sunset on the walk out patio I will remember forever. We also had the outdoor fire going, barbeque and people in the very clean and large hot tub. The whole house was very clean and lovely. Everything is still 5 star but we didn't take the time to figure out how to adjust the thermostat when it was a bit chilly and we couldn't find any throw blankets to use while on the couch but we also didn't make a point of asking the host for those. For the people who stayed in the one bedroom without a bathroom, it was a bit awkward to have to go through someone else's bedroom at night to access a bathroom but that was explained in the VRBO ad in the beginning. Overall, it truly was an amazing, wonderful stay for all of us.
