New, modern vacation home***** Close to the sea - quiet location with pool - pure nature

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The idyllic location and well-maintained appearance immediately impressed us upon arrival. The house itself is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cool outside Pool. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden, which invited us to linger.

Property was immaculately clean, the hosts greeted us and showed us round the place and gave us a great overview of all the features and amenities. Lots of lovely touches and attention to detail which all made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Location was quiet but very close to a beach and Pula, ideal overall for us. 10/10 Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a relaxing 2 week stay. The villa is in a great location 10-15 min drive from several beaches or to Pula centre. The house has everything you need including the use of bikes. A nice quiet location that quickly felt like a home from home. Bono and Luciana were great hosts from the initial communication to making us feel so welcome on arrival and there on WhatsApp if we needed anything throughout the stay. Our flight arrived in the morning well before check in but they let us leave our bags and Bono took us on a short tour to get our bearings. Pula and the Istrian peninsula are must see destinations.with lots to see and do, great food and history. The Roman amphitheatre is incredible. Would recommend this area for a holiday and this property and hosts for a relaxing stay.

We had an excellent stay. The house is located in a quiet area, bit very close to a lovely beach and Pula centre.

We have spent two weeks in this wonderful house. We must say, that everything from communication with the owner before arrival, the arrival itself, the stay, was absolutely perfect. The owner is very helpful and answers very quick on questions. The house includes everything already on arrival, so we didn't need anything at any time. On top, it is very close to both small and bigger city, hence several opportunities. Also close to a beach and other activities. Clear recommendation to rent this house.

We spent wonderfull 14 days in this superb house in quiet location of Pula with short distance to everywhere (beach, centre of town, shopping mall, market). The house is fully equiped as we were at home, in addition there is nice pool, wii console, table football, 5 bikes incl. kids 20” bike, beach toys etc. Bono (the owner) was very friendly, he welcomed us with dinner, showed us everything in the house and even showed us where to park in the centre and where to go to the beach. The weather was also very nice (except 3 cloudy/rainy) days out of 14 it was sunny and quite warm (around 25 degrees). Thank you Bono for fantastic holidays. Kamil & family

We got the holiday we wanted. The house itself was 5 star, a couple of minor negative points eg: the fly screen over the sliding door was broken, however nothing to detract from the overall 5 star experience. The house seems purpose built for holiday makers. Situated in the quiet and peaceful area of Vintijan it is away from the road with only trees at the back. The road is quiet but care does need to be taken at night but most drivers take care for walkers. There is a large Supermarket 25 minutes walk away and you can walk into the centre of Pula in about 40 minutes, there is also a small beach nearby but better to ride. The house is modern and spacious and has everything you need, fully fitted modern kitchen, wifi, smart TVs with Netflix and You Tube in the lounge, private pool with Sun loungers and swinging bench, and even hair dryers. There was only 2 of us but it could easily accomodate a party of 6. The hosts were also excellent, they left us to enjoy our holiday but were only an e-mail away, and one night they ordered us a delivery for dinner which was very kind. This is definitely somewhere we would like to take family in the future. Many Thanks, Chris and Leanne.

We visited the Pula area for the 5th time for Outlook festival. Staying in a different villa/apartment each time this time blew all others out of the water. On arrival we were greeted by Luciana and her son. Speaking excellent English and with a lot of knowledge of the area they were able assist both in correspondence prior to heading out to Croatia as well as recommend some great places to visit once we arrived. They were very friendly and inviting, exchanging numbers i was able to call whenever, if we required any assistance. We also really appreciated the bottle of local wine and the 'takeaway' meal which was delivered to us on behalf of the host. The villa itself in a picturesque quiet area of Vintijan, was a perfect size for our group of 5. It has all the amenities you would require. The beds were very comfy and rest of fittings and equipment around the villa were of best quality. Everything you would need is already at the villa, plenty of quality kitchen equipment and an excellent bbq area made it easy to cook in house. We were very lucky with the weather and made good use of the pool area, soaking up the sun on the sun loungers and taking a dip in the pool. The area is beautiful and quiet but still only a short drive/taxi from Pula town and shopping districts. Around the Vitijan area there are some nice walking routes, the host has also left bikes which can be used to explore. Within around a 1/4 mile of the villa there is lovely restaurant which was recommended by the host which we visited on 3 separate occasions during our stay and would definitely recommend ourselves.
