New Modern Palm Springs Resort - 5 Mins to Downtown

My husband, teen daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-equipped. We loved the artwork, especially the beautiful mural in the back patio area. It was a bit cooler than we hoped so it was very nice to have a heated pool and spa...and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The location was absolutely perfect. We hiked every day driving 8-20 minutes to trails. On a day when storms were forecasted and we didn't want to risk being caught in the mountains, we decided to do a long walk checking out all of the famous houses in the area (there are a ton! found list online). We walked 3 miles following the list online and then stopped for lunch on Palm Canyon Drive (one street over from the house) before walking the mile back to the house. There are plenty of restaurants in the downtown area 1-2 miles away. One thing I really loved was how close the house is to the mountains and the beautiful view from the property. If we had any questions, Corey was very responsive. All in all, it was a great trip. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Brand new and beautifully designed, this property is well equipped to entertain your small group “at home”, from the grill and outdoor pool table to corn hole and pool/hot tub. The owner is very responsive if issues arise. This location might be best suited to an active family or a few friends, as it’s not quite as tranquil as a couple might hope for if looking for a quiet getaway, due to a fair bit of street noise. That aside, this is a beautiful property with good access to all that Palm Springs has to offer.

My husband and I just finished a week's stay at this beautiful property and can't say enough about how great it was. The property was clean, well equipped and absolutely perfect for spending a great time in Palm Springs. Also, Corey, the property owner, was very responsive any time we reached out. Luckily, we only had a few questions because the property was put together so well that everything was really self explanatory. The pool and spa were awesome and the property has really been setup in such a way that it was possible to engage outside without a lot of sound travelling. It seems Corey has thought of everything! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I just spent two amazing weeks at this beautiful home. We loved all aspects of this house. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, rooms and kitchen and layout. We loved the outside set up. The pool and spa/hot tub could not have been more perfect. We loved the fact that there was great spots for sun and an awesome area outside by the pool with great shade, table and couch area with lights and smart tv. Loved the back area as well with a fantastic firepit. Amenities were perfect and appreciated that wells stocked soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Location great as we were close to town, not far from Joshua tree etc but felt very private with gated design around the property. Corey was awesome and super responsive to our early questions but there wasn't much need as the handbook that was provided explained all the important instructions. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for letting us use your home for two weeks.
