Stayed Aug 9, 2024The house was just what we needed to move our son into school. The location is great in proximity to the college. A lot of nearby stores and restaurants too. The property itself needs some landscaping as the grass was long, and the backyard is not what the picture online was. I emailed the owner about no paper goods left such as paper towels and toilet paper and he responded back but we had to go buy. The inside of the house is nice and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024was nice & close to lots food & shopping place's, very close to the college if someone was coming in to visit their kids for game days or just in general, was a nice a quite area, easy to hop onto the different freeways as well

Stayed Feb 16, 2024I absolutely LOVE this property. Very clean, spacious and well kept. Quiet neighborhood. Surrounded by all sorts of stores and great places to eat.. definitely returning very soon!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stayed May 12, 2022This is a very clean well kept house. Nice open floor space was great for a group. Was close to UNC campus and lots to do. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed Mar 17, 2022This home is super spacious! The homeowner was responsive with any concerns which there was only one with the microwave not working. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable!! We will be back soon! Thank you Jason!
