This exceptional modern two story level features 4 bedrooms, 3 sparkling clean full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated/furnished private home perfect for families, large groups and business travelers. Enjoy this space with lots of natural light and homey vibes. The upper level features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, a Kitchen, Dining Room, Deck with outdoor seating, spacious Family Room with a sofa bed and a cozy Living Room with a projector for a great in-home movie experience! The lower level features a separate entrance, 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bathroom, Laundry Room, and an open-concept Living Room with work desk.

- LIVING ROOM -
Can't go to the movies anymore but still want a true cinematic experience No problem! Our living room is equipped with a high quality projector for a great theatre experience from the comfort of your home! It is a very large living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a fireplace well suited for spending quality time with friends and family.

The 2nd Living Room is located on the lower level with a work station. Relax on the comfortable Mid Century sofa and enjoy watching many of our complimentary streaming services or just have some alone time to yourself!

- FAMILY ROOM -
The Family Room is off the kitchen and the kitchen/dining area is also on the upper level. This minimalist yet inviting space is equipped with a modern sleeper sofa and 2 chairs, perfect to relax and unwind at the end of your busy travel day or simply to catch up on some reading!

- KITCHEN -
The large kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, basic cooking oil, salt & pepper, coffee maker, tea kettle, and a toaster etc. along with all the appliances you will need during your stay including a dishwasher. Make yourself at home!

- BEDROOMS -
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom: Upper floor bedroom with a Queen size bed with a large walk-in closet and attached full bath suite. The master suite is furnished with a Mid Century accent chair, TV stand, 2 night tables, 2 lamps, 2 smart TVs and artworks. Enjoy a nice hot bath in the master bathtub while watching your favorite TV shows or movies!

Bedroom 2 - Upper floor Bedroom with a full size bed, walk-in closet and access to the full bath right next door. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 side tables, 2 lamps, TV stand, artworks, and Smart TV with streaming capabilities.

Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the maintenance closet. Please make yourself at home!

- Garage -
Please feel free to use the 2 car garage, however no remotes or entry codes are given to guests so garage can only be opened and closed from the inside.
Other things to note
We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.
