New Modern Home, Lakefront, Park & Pool, spacious 4br/3ba very safe place

The property was perfect for my family and I. Close to restaurants and shopping and to LSU. We loved it and will come back again. Great TV's with options, kitchen appliances all new and clean. Nice little deck to sit out in the morning with coffee and look out over the water, lots of birds on the little canal. Mike was always accessible and very attentive. Even checked in with us after we left and asked for any suggestions to make our stay better, I had none! Used the pool once, very nice too. We will be back!

Beautiful house, very clean!

My sister family came into town for our niece wedding and the property was excellent. Communication with check in/check was easy. Property has Community pool and play area. Will be great for a summer stay.

This is a lovely property. We were in town for a family reunion and three families split the house. It was perfect for a multi family stay as everyone had their own space.

Home was exactly as described, great area, very clean, very responsive host! 10/10 would recommend.

We were there for long weekend. Room for grandma and grandpa and aunt and uncle. Very clean and everyone had their own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. About 25-35 minute drive to LSU. Depending on traffic.

We had a great two night stay. No issues, property was very nice and as listed.

We came down to Baton Rouge for the national bowling tournament. There was four couples in all and Mike’s place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and conveniently located near markets (5min) and casino (20-30min). Mike was also quick to respond with any questions that we had.

No issues at all. Great house, very clean. Good communication from owner. Would definitely stay again.

Easy access to everything, clean and easy check in and out process

We were 8 women and the house provided plenty of space for sleeping, eating, bathing, visiting and playing games. Enjoyed sitting on back patio watching birds, turtles, etc on the lake. Never experienced any problems, had everything we needed. Thank you, Mike!

Oh my gosh, I booked this home for my son and his fiancé' for their wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect! The girls were able to get dressed here for the event and then the couple stayed the weekend. The place was just as described online -very clean - plenty of room - it was just perfect!! The couple was overjoyed with the accommodations. The host was exceptional to work with - would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The property was amazing! The house was clean, spacious and we enjoyed every moment! The back view of the lake was so peaceful. It was exactly as the pictures and as described on the website! We enjoyed everything about our stay and plan to visit again!

Beautiful and comfortable home located in a safe friendly neighborhood. Large space to fit a family of 7 without compromise. Patio relaxing with small fire pit available. Kitchen perfect for home meals. Yet restaurants and shopping less than a mile away if needed.

The house was awesome. Great layout with so many sleeping and bathroom options. Only downside was the neighborhood. During the day and at night were very different. But the back patio was a beautiful respite in the evening.

My stay was peaceful and quiet. Just what I needed after driving for four hours. The property manager was kind and easy to talk to.
