Our home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office space for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining or catching up with friends and family. The house features a whole-home dehumidifier (installed February 2022) that keeps the house cool and dry during the muggy South Louisiana summers. For winter, the main bathroom has heated tile flooring for your comfort. We have two 110v plugs for level 1 EV charging.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025This is a very clean must-stay-at-home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family to gather for a week-long visit during Easter. We loved it.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025We enjoyed staying at the lovely cottage near LSU. Despite some construction going on, it was so conveniently located for activities. The neighborhood was quiet and lined with beautiful oak trees. We liked the open floor plan of the house with both a front porch and back porch to spend outdoors on nice evenings. Perfect for us!
