New Modern Farmhouse Estate Living in the heart of Southold with a pool!!!

Great property. Owner is engaged so everything was as expected and no detail overlooked.

We had an amazing stay for two weeks in June. We were able to use the house for our friends and family during our wedding weekend since it was very close to our venue. The owner was extremely communicative and left clear instructions for check in and check out. The pool was stunning and the property immaculate. The amenities were everything we needed and then some. Everyone was comfortable and especially loved using the grill and outdoor shower. Would absolutely rent again next year.

We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks, and the photos truly don’t do it justice. The space is even more serene, spacious, and thoughtfully designed in person. One of the standout features was the amazing kitchen—fully stocked and equipped with high-end appliances that made cooking an absolute joy. Every room had thoughtful touches, from Dyson hairdryers to luxury products in the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we felt completely at home. The host was kind, communicative, responsive and incredibly accommodating. The pool and outdoor spaces are gorgeous too. The hosts' suggestions for restaurants and wineries were also perfect! We would absolutely love to come back—and can’t recommend this rental highly enough. A true five-star experience.

Everything about our experience was perfect! The house is absolutely stunning and very well located (walking distance to the beach and just a few minutes drive to town and a number of our favorite vineyards!). Our group consisted of 5 families, each with children under age of 4, and we fit very comfortably (each family had their own bathrooms and enough beds!). Our entire crew had such an amazing stay and we're already talking about going back next year! Beautiful house, amazing yard and pool, and incredibly gracious host! 5/5 starts, highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous, immaculate and immense. We are a family traveling together for a little R&R and so glad we chose this home for our getaway. The house is stocked with everything w you could possibly need in a quiet hamlet right off the water m, but close to everything as well. Loved the pool, garden and water toys. The house is lovely and perfect for a large extended family group. The kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly want to cook and many dishes/silverware suitable for a group. The living area is very comfortable and relaxed. The pool is large and lovely as is the outside deck. There is lots to do in the area including excellent restaurants. The owners were immediately responsive to all our questions.

The pictures do not do this home justice! This home was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. The area/neighborhood is picturesque, and while it was beautiful visiting in the fall, this would be the perfect place for a family getaway in the summer. Mariya was wonderful to deal with throughout the process, and I could not recommend this place more!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. My family gathered here for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of space, amenities and nearby shops, restaurants and vineyards. The heated pool was also wonderful! The overall design of the house is modern and welcoming. It was incredibly well stocked with thoughtful things you may forget when traveling. The host, Mariya was communicative from the start and helped us with tons of recommendations that we loved. I highly recommend booking a stay here!

I stayed at this property in Southold over Memorial Day weekend. Staying with me were my parents (both 80+ years old), my husband, two sisters and their husbands and several young adult children and nieces. To say that this property is gorgeous would be an understatement! The neighborhood is wooded and very quiet and the house is a stone's throw from Goose Creek. The backyard with the deck seating area, huge brand new BBQ and pool area was incredibly relaxing. The inside of the house was simply stunning. There are 8 large and comfortable bedrooms across three floors and 7 well equipped and beautifully designed bathrooms. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was great for our group as it gave my parents a space that didn't require them to go up or down stairs. The house sleeps 16 comfortably (although we didn't have 16 in our party). The large, beautiful, open concept kitchen, dining and family rooms were great for enjoying dinners together after a full day of fishing or wine tasting. I can't wait to stay at this property again!
