ABOUT THE CABIN

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Tetons as you make your way to the driveway of Cliff's Teton Retreat. Our modern cabin is nestled among a thriving aspen grove and is often described as a treehouse by guests. The cabin itself is a clean, cozy space with all the essentials. The living space has an open floor layout with a fully equipped kitchen, large island, and a comfy Living room with a Full-sized sofa couch/bed. A large balcony is located on the west side of the home where you can drink your morning coffee, watch the sunset through the trees and view an assortment of wildlife. The single bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and is next to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower/tub combo and a washer/dryer combo.

SUMMER: Enjoy the air conditioning in the summer months. The living room and bedroom are each equipped with Mini-Split AC units and ceiling fans.
WINTER: The living room, bedroom and entry are each equipped with cove (radiant) heating for the winter. The bathroom has in-floor heating under the tile for those cold winter mornings. (The wood burning stove will NOT be available for guests.)

THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA

Teton Valley is known for its breathtaking views and beautiful hiking trails. The Teton Valley also offers fishing or floating the Teton River, and fly-fishing the Snake River. During the winter enjoy skiing, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and more. Tetonia is the perfect basecamp for your vacation needs as it is a gateway to Jackson Hole (52 miles), Grand Teton National Park (55 miles), and Yellowstone Park (92 miles). Cliff’s Teton Retreat is located only a short 9 mile drive to Driggs and 18 miles from Victor. Between the two towns you will find great shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries, a distillery and even a cidery. There are 3 different Golf Courses in the Teton Valley and for skiers, Cliff’s Teton Retreat is only 12 miles from Grand Targhee ski resort!

Guest access
​​​​​​​Guests will have access to the entire living space which is located on the second floor above the garage. This space is a small, cozy private space and recommended for no more than 4 people. Guests will also have access to the entire outdoor area of the property. The guests will NOT have access to the garage. However, there is plenty of space for guests to park in the drive directly in front of Cliff's Teton Retreat.

⚠️❄️ WINTER NOTICE ❄️⚠️
Since we are located a bit off the beaten path, you will need a 4WD vehicle during the winter months. Our plowing service does a great job of getting the home cleared out after a heavy snowfall. However, we still recommend a good winter vehicle with winter tires to make things a bit easier on yourself.

We have a 5-night minimum stay during the winter months, and access can be challenging during heavy snowstorms. If you're experienced with mountain driving and have a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, it’s no problem at all. However, if you're not comfortable with winter conditions or only have an All-wheel-drive or front-wheel-drive, we recommend considering other accommodations.

Other things to note
- Although a wood burning stove is pictured, it is NOT available to guests.
- No more than 4 persons.
- This home is not appropriate for children under the age of 13. There are large floor to ceiling windows throughout with removable screens and no gate available at the top of the stairs, In addition, there are no dedicated spaces for children to play inside the home. Please reach out to us if you have questions or would like us to consider younger children.

-SECURITY: There are external security cameras on the property that overlook the driveway and entryway.
