New! Modern Bend Retreat | Views | Hot Tub | Fenced Yard

Beautiful luxury home and location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The living space was unique with primary living and bedroom on upper level and bedrooms on lower level for our young adults. The living room furniture was dated and not comfortable. The home has a busy highway in front of house about 100 feet, but inside home we didn’t hear it. There are miles of walking & biking trails across the street too that was fun to explore. The back patio was very nice with hot tub and gas bbq grill. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay for 5 days.

We loved the custom house and lower level with bedrooms down stairs was perfect for the kids and young adults. Primary level was nice too for older adults. The house is on busy road, but not too noticeable inside the house. The house is close to bike trails and restaurants. The living room furniture needs updated. The back yard patio and hot tub were very nice.

Beautiful home, just as pictured. Great set up for a group, kitchen is well stocked, hot tub worked well. Perfect location to access the mountain and also go into town. Check in information did not include the garage code which was essential to get into the home, but the hosts were very easy to contact after hours to get help. The bed in the master bedroom's pillows and comforter were covered in what looked like black dog hair on our arrival, making us a little worried that the home hadn't been properly cleaned before our check in.

Beautiful place with amazing amenities. Great communication from the management company. Located in a very nice neighborhood with an absolutely perfect atmosphere.

There was a septic emergency and the transition to a new house was seamless! We didn’t get to stay at this house though so I can’t really review it!

This house was great for our Bend family Christmas. Too bad the hot tub was out of service but otherwise a really good stay.

Great location and amenities- will look to stay here again to visit family!

We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was great. It is a little tired and some of the rugs are a bit stained, couch stained and the throw rugs need to be replaced.Main Bed Room on the main floor needs the ceiling cleaned and the carpet was really stained. Minor things.It was really a great location and very quiet.

While we were super excited to visit the area and have a nice place to relax we were disappointed. The house was not clean. We found spill stains in the kitchen, dirty carpet in the bedrooms, lots of hair in the master shower the list goes on. Close to half the lighting in both bathrooms and the kitchen does not turn on. The house is also just very worn. Furniture is peeling wood. Paint is chip off doorways. This place has potential but definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

We loved this house so much. The hot tub was great. We had plenty of space for two families (a total of 7 people). Having a charger for the EV was awesome! The backyard was great to come home and relax after a day of adventures. We would just suggest replacing the master bed as it wasn’t very comfortable and there is a drawer in the kitchen that is broken. Perhaps supplying a few more paper products (tp) would be great!

The house was amazing, comfortable, clean, and had all the things we needed to have a relaxing 4 days. The snow was light and dreamlike. I'd stay here again.

Our team had an incredible retreat at this property! The space was warm, inviting, and perfect for team bonding, with plenty of comfortable areas to connect. The hot tub was spotless and relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare big breakfasts. The beautifully designed rooms and generous storage added to the comfort. Communication with the host was seamless and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d love to return!

We just stayed at this location for a ski vacation to Mt. Bachelor. The accommodations were great and we were able to co-locate two families (7 people) comfortably in the house. The hot tub was very enjoyable after a day of skiing. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor, downtown Bend, and the Redmond airport. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is a perfect location to those wanting to go to bachelor, downtown the old Mill District, etc. everything is a very quick drive. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and clean. Has everything you could need. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken during our stay, which was a huge bummer because we were looking forward to it after days of skiing. Very nicely the owner has agreed to compensate us and I’m sure will be remedied by the time there is another guest. The way to enter the house was unreliable so that caused quite a bit of stress throughout the week, but the property management company was responsive and helped us out a number of times.I would recommend the house to any family wanting a nice modern spacious place to stay.
