NEW Luxury Townhouse w/ Rooftop Deck

The community is absolutely beautiful. The house was very nice. Parks nearby, dog park, succulent gardens. The home was equipped with all essentials for a stay except for an iron and ironing board. Unable to operate the ceiling fan and washing machine appears that it was controlled off sight also found a long spider web hanging from one of the lights in the main bedroom. Did not have access to the recreational center although the host assured me of this via email, so we were unable to swim or workout in the gym. You need a key card for access that was not provided. Overall, it was a great place to stay outside of the forementioned.

Our family of five recently had a very nice stay at this property. Everyone had their own room and slept well thanks to the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. The kitchen and family room are really spacious with lots of natural light and a nice view. The location is very central, only a short drive to downtown, Balboa Park, the beaches, etc. There's also a park that's just a short walk from the rental. We hope to stay here again!

This was a 10/10 experience from communication to the layout of the house. Great space to have friends and plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect and Derek was always available when needed. Will book again!

Decided to do a short term stay since our house is going through renovations. Love the area and neighborhood. What beats this place and makes it phenomenal is the spectacular views. From living room, master bedroom, and rooftop access, made it feel serene and homey. This place is perfect if you need to telework with all the monitors provided. The kitchen has everything you need. Every room has tvs and comfortable bedding to kick back and relax.

Derek was very hands on and communicative from the first night of needing this property. Needed a home setting to stay in since I telework from home. As a San Diego Native this location is prime and close to all the attractions. Close to the freeways and big shopping malls. Felt very safe in this property. Will book again.

Me and my group are very happy with our stay here and glad we found it! The property was very clean and in a great location with less than 10 minutes rides to Hillcrest neighborhood and Downtown San Diego areas. Amenities like the pool, hot tub and gym are right across the street and added a lot of value to our stay! Couple things to note: Access to the property is primarily through the garage with a single garage opener, it would be great if there was more than one way to open the garage so our group could split up and have access. Also this property seems to be a new development so we weren't successful getting food delivered and ridesharing took a little longer to secure a ride. Luckily there is full access to the garage so next time we stay here we'll definitely opt for a rental car. Outside of these minor things we would definitely stay here again and the host Derek was very pleasant.
