Beautiful home, lovely decor. Lots of steps to get to the second floor but the house was perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view out the back.

Would give 12 stars if I could! The space was great for our large group, the area is absolutely beautiful, and check in/out was easy! Our host was absolutely amazing and quick to respond. The perfect place for a weekend getaway or reunion!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Oconee. The home was warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the screened porch. The kitchen was well stocked. The entire property is beautiful, and we enjoyed our walks along the lake and in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay! The lake views were absolutely amazing — we even got to watch our wedding setup on the Great Waters lawn right from the house, which made it extra special. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the hosts were excellent with communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful home. Perfect location to regroup and enjoy nature. Lakeviews from all around the home and right on the lake. Access to a beautiful pool and restaurants. The owner was kind and flexible. You had everything you needed right there in the home. The bathrooms and restrooms were especially clean and the enclosed patio and sunroom was icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning and referring others. Thank you for sharing your serene home with my family.

The kitchen was perfect for six adults. We didn’t use the pool but thought it would be perfect for s summer stay. Our host, Jeff, was extremely efficient and helpful. Such a beautiful and serene spot on the lake. We loved watching the golfers approach the 9th green! A revisit for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Oconee home. The check-in was easy and as soon as we walked in the beautiful view of the lake greeted us. The stresses of life were immediately behind us and my husband and I took it all in.Everything was spotless, thoughtfully prepared and the decor was warm snd welcoming.The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in it.We left feeling relaxed and grateful. My family loves the view of the lake from just about every room throughout the house. We love the surrender, peace, and quiet. The place is clean and spacious.This is my second time staying here!

This vacation and property did not disappoint and the pictures didn't do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated and nicely equipped for enjoying time in. The screened in patio is heaven with a wonderful view of the lake and golf course. The bedrooms were very comfy with nice linens which I'm a sucker for. While the 3rd bedroom didn't have an en-suite you may as well consider it to be as it is at the end of the hall. Very nice size bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. The village is charming and beautiful in it's wooded and blooming landscape. We will be back.

This was a perfect place for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked house. Communication with the owner was great.

This property is on a beautifully shaded cul-de-sac and backs up to the lake. My kids loved grabbing their fishing poles after dinner and running down to catch some fish. The boat dock, swimming pool and beach area were all a quick walk from the house. The house was clean and thoughtfully designed with all updated furniture. We are already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful spot nestled on the water across from #9 at Great Waters. Modern, clean, had everything you needed plus Roku and fast internet. We’ll be back.

My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. The back porch and outdoor seating were great places to relax and watch golfers go for the 9th green.

The home is stunning and well-stocked. The neighborhood is pristine & the hosts were great. Comfy beds too! We will be back!

The house was excellent and the host was very informative and helpful. They had everything you could need and very clean. The view was fantastic. Our son’s wedding was at Great Waters. We could watch them setting up the tent and walk to the wedding. Highly recommend staying here.

I was very happy with the property. We had a beautiful house we were across from a golf course and on a lake. Area is beautiful there were places to walk. The house was well furnished, and All things necessary to cook and enjoy a family meal. I would stay here again.

Host was extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs during our stay. The home is stunning right on the water, very clean and comfortable for guests. Layout of the home is great, with amazing views all around. We loved working with the host and hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa located on Lake Oconee. The property is located in an amazing setting right on the lake and near the Great Waters golf course. The host was fantastic and we appreciated the personal service.

Stayed 5 nights, including the weekend. Completely satisfied! The home is exactly as advertised – true lakefront experience with an expansive view of Lake O and the golf course. Compliments to the owners for their meticulous attention to detail and consistent communication before and during our visit. Will definitely book again! Highlights: • Daily and nightly strolls on the lake-side walking path to the community pool, boat docks, beach, and marina. • House is right on the water with windows across the back and side. Great views of the golfers navigating the water hazard on the 9th hole and the boats visiting the Great Waters clubhouse. • Pontoon rental and hours enjoying the lake. I recommend rental during the week when traffic lighter / water calmer. The house is close to four (4) community docks….easy to bring the boat back in; have lunch in the house; and get back out there. • Owner recommendations and advice on activities. They genuinely want you to have a great experience. Other: • Clean, clean, clean with all the essentials – kitchen appliances; cooking equipment; dishwasher; coffee maker/kuerig; and washer and dryer • ROKU and fast wi-fi • Quality and cleanliness of bedrooms and bathrooms clearly met our expectations • Simple checkout instructions with limited requirements

Clean place. Great location and quiet.

All in all, a wonderful stay for five of us. The golf course was closed during our week, so we were able to run on the cart paths, which was great. Open water swimming was very convenient and safe ... and allowed for fun golf ball retrievals off the 9th hole. Bathrooms are large and spacious. Communication with owners was easy and timely ... and they helped us retrieve items we accidentally left behind.
