New luxury home steps to downtown w/yr round heated pool

We go to NB every year, and - since we take our Cane Corso dog with us - our options are more than a bit limited on where we can stay. The last couple of years could have been better for us, but we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at Heather’s house. Before check-in, Heather asked us if we might need any baby gates set up in any particular locations. I gladly took her up on this, and they were in place when we arrived. This was such a nice gesture because we rely on them heavily for the puppy and our sleepwalking child…. And Heather’s furniture could stay in place and not be used as a barricade.This is a new build and the craftsmanship is exceptional - inside and outside. The Master Bathroom resembles something out of a magazine, split-system heating and cooling in the garage/billiards room for even more comfort, top of the line finishes and fixtures, and a super-fun shuffleboard table. The house was spotless (even the grill), it’s got a great location, and the heated pool (which has a retractable cover so you’re not skimming every hour) was spectacular. Heather did a remarkable job designing this home and we can’t wait to go back.

We had the best girls weekend at this property in New Buffalo! The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a group. There were so many great areas to hang out, relax, and spend time together, which made the whole weekend feel easy and fun.The pool was a huge highlight. It was warm, inviting, and something we were able to enjoy all weekend long. The location could not have been better either, just steps away from the nightlife, which made going out and coming back incredibly convenient.Our host was fantastic, very responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made an already amazing stay even better.We loved everything about this place and would absolutely come back again. We could not have asked for a better experience!

The entire place was top of the line. Our group had so many nice things to say about the place while we were there! The pool was great and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook a couple meals during our stay. It's within walking distance to the downtown area so we didn't have to use our cars at all!

Our family and friends had an amazing time staying here. The kids were always busy with all the games and of course, the heated pool! We had everything we needed at the house. The house is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a few families looking for a few days away. It is also a quick walk to shopping and dining.

The house was exactly as advertised!We had a large group for NYE of adults and kids ranging from ages 5-12, and there was something there to do for everyone. The kids never had a I'm bored moment!The pool was the icing on the cake. It was 20-25 degrees out all three days we were there and snowing and we enjoyed the pool for hours and hours and it held its temperature with no problem at all!!Heather was absolutely amazing to work with and reaponded to all our questions and needs immediately! We cant wait to plan a summer trip and return to see the town and beaches in the warm weather! We highly recommend this house!!!!

The home is beautiful, spacious, well laid out and welcoming. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our week together in this wonderful home! This venue exceeded our expectations and pleased all of us, 2-78 years of age.

What an amazing property. Heather and Rennie have one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The house was spotless, cool and had a great floor plan for multi-generational gatherings. Fantastic location within walking distance of Oink's ice cream, Hummingbird Lounge (great lemon chicken and salmon), Beer Church (great pizza), Stray Dog and Brewsters. We had a lunch catered by Brewsters and the food was generous and delicious. We spent our days by the pool and evenings playing cards, shuffleboard and music. What a wonderful vacation. We will be back. Thank you Heather and Rennie!

This house is the perfect house for our family. We have been coming every year and it is the highlight of our summer. We love being able to relax together and have all the comforts of home. The owner, Heather, thought of everything when she designed and organized the home. The kids are occupied with games and toys, there are plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, and she even stocks it with ice for the weekend. She had everything we needed (baby gates, crib, and high chair) for the new baby in our family, so we didn’t need to bring anything with us. The location is outstanding and we are able to walk downtown for our meals, the beach for sun, and Oinks for ice cream! The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and it is the perfect place to gather around! Heather keeps the house meticulous and we are lucky we found such an amazing home and host to make memories with our family each year! You won’t find a better house to stay at in New Buffalo.

4 families met in New Buffalo to celebrate Xmas!!! It was so much fun!!! The house…. AMAZING!!! We have rented houses all over the country and Europe… This was the best!!! HEAT POOL… aka world’s largest hot tub… was a guy with the kids and adults!!!! The host was great.. she set up baby gats, High chair, crib for the baby! It was a winter wonderland in the house! Thank you so much for sharing with us!!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

This was a perfect home for our golf outing. The house is conveniently located a block away from downtown. We had a blast and the rooms were spacious and very nice. Highly recommend..
