NEW Luxury Home, Indoor/Outdoor Beach Living!!!

Having the living space on the second floor and the pool outside the bedroom was a little chaotic and didnt flow well. The AC didn't work very well at times. The host was nice. Being on the beach was great. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay for sure.

Excellent stay! The area is welcoming and fun. Walkable distance to many fun restaurants and beach activities.

Pool heater wasn’t working and there was trash debris in the pool

We had some light bulbs out and the ice machine wasn’t there when we arrived but the owner came out right away. He was super friendly. We enjoyed the area and the house. Great location with places to eat and shop within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home. Well maintained. Can walk directly out to the beach. The local umbrella and chair service was excellent and easy to book- actually can book while you’re on the beach. Lots of useful cookware. All appliances that you would need were available. Plenty of towels. Lots of TV’s for all the different ages to watch movies. Bring your own throw blankets, these were not provided but definitely not a deal breaker for this to be a 5 star home.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at John and Sandi's beach house! From the very beginning, they were wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to all of my emails. The home itself is beautiful; spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms and all the comforts you could hope for. We especially loved the heated splash pool and the unbeatable location. It was a real treat to walk straight down the steps to the beach and enjoy the included beach service, complete with chairs and an umbrella. The extra beach chairs, towels, and bodyboards were a huge bonus! I also took full advantage of the Scenic Gulf Drive sidewalks for peaceful morning runs/walks.Convenience was another big plus. The Winn-Dixie just down the road was well-stocked and had great discounts. We also took a dolphin/sunset cruise from Baytowne Warf and got to see dolphins and a gorgeous sunset. The Village of Baytowne Wharf itself is a fun, family-friendly spot, and it's only about 15 minutes from the house.One of my favorite features of the home was the balconies. I captured so many beautiful sunrise and sunset photos from there!This place was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it. We can't wait to come back!

This home was beautiful! We highly recommend for large groups.Please note that the bottom floor main bedroom and bath are not private. Guests enter and exit through this bedroom to have direct access to the mini pool and beach. It was suggested that our guests go around outside through a gate, but children cannot be expected to do this. The children's room does not have its own air conditioning vent and was VERY warm. It also does not come with its own bathroom. A large fan would be helpful to move the cool air into it. Overall, though, this property is great!

This is a beautiful house. Awesome kitchen!!! We had a wonderful stay with no issues at all. We hope to return next year.

Elevator was not available and that was a must for me. Beds were extremely hard. No storage containers for food and minimal bakeware.Host was great about coming over quickly to fix ice machine.Location is lovely.

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach getaway. All the amenities, from the TVs to the washer and dryer to the refrigerator, were modern and in perfect working order.The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the three balconies offered ideal spots for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and gathering with family and friends. Our host, John, was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process effortless.We can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Our stay was wonderful as usual. This is the 4th summer that we have stayed at this beautiful home. It is the perfect location for family and friends to gather and enjoy. The back steps walk directly to the beach. And the small pool on the lower patio are ideal for a break from the sun. The rental includes 2 chairs and an umbrella along with many other small chairs to enjoy. We hope to return again next summer! Thank you for hosting our wonderful annual family/friends vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, just as pictured. Updated, clean, modern, well appointed. Close to everything. Our grandkids loved the little pool and the access to the community pool was a big hit! The beach is amazing. The sand is like sugar! And of course, it’s just steps away. The only negative were the big groups of college kids down for spring break. But that was poor timing on our account. We had a spectacular vacation!

The beach is always beautiful. The home was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to cook when no we wanted. For us the beach service is a must and we enjoyed this service every day. Plenty of room for everyone to get ready and have their own space.

We had our family of 5 adults and 3 children and everyone enjoyed the house and the location. The house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owner, John was very accommodating to our time schedule. Our two young grandsons loved the video room and the gate was a plus for the 11 month old.
