The listing was accurate, from the photos to the amenities. The owner, Valeria was very responsive. The home was clean, and equipped with everything we needed from clean bedding, towels, and all the essentials. A tranquil neighborhood, and a stones throw away from Margaritaville. We were able to go check out live music, and dinner over the water and make it back to the property within less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area, look no more.

This house was a great place to hold a family reunion: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The little pool was nice for cooling off, and we did use the BBQ. There was room to park 2 cars in the back and one in front, as well as street parking at night. The house could use a bit of updating: needs beach towels, dish towels, oven mitt, working toaster (instead of 3 broken ones), sponge for dishes. All supplies were extremely limited, including: trash bags, soaps, shampoos, dish soap, and NO toilet paper. While the instructions did indicate that there would be only a few days' supply in the house, we found even less than that. Pool table had only one working cue. Little things, but all together the amenities just don't quite do justice to this beautiful, big (and not cheap) home.

The house was perfect for our girls long weekend! The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space to hang out and rooms/beds to sleep in. The pool and outdoor space were great too! The location was perfect - quick 2 minute uber ride to the beach (you can definitely walk but we had coolers and stuff)

Me and group of my 10 best girlfriends came to Hollywood Fl, to celebrate my 50th Birthday at this Beautiful home. It was so spacious and fit me and my group comfortably. The pool was unbelievable! We took advantage of it every day. (Rain or Shine). If your ever in Hollywood Florida, this is the place for you. The host Valeria and her husband were Awesome, and was there for all our needs, 5 Stars!!!

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was the perfect size for our party of 10. The pool table provided us with good entertainment as well as the pool. The owners were very quick to respond and easy to work with when we had an issue with the fridge during our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental for large groups.

The house is as shown, and very spacious. It worked out perfectly for our family Holiday. Valerie and Evgeni were very responsive to any requests. The pots and pans were old and not usable, and we had planned to cook while there, so they bought new sets and brought them for us right away. The pool was great, we used the BBQ grill (we had to get propane), and we walked to beach on most days. it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach - a few blocks. My only negative is the 10:00 am check out, but I do understand if someone else is moving in that it takes time to launder all of the bed sheets, clean, etc., so just be prepared for an early departure.
