New luxury country house, near St Augustine & World golf Village.

Beautiful home with great outdoor space. This was a wonderful place to stay with our family.

Our stay was amazing with one major complaint I believe should be more open to public, you should tell people before they rent about not being able to flush toilet paper even when deficating. I understood the rules but this should have been told before we rented not after.

Everything about this house was perfect. Outside kitchen area was a great for grilling dinner for the group. The pool area and pool house was a huge plus

This is our second annual trip to this property. It is beautifully appointed, nicely decorated, very well taken care of and kept exceedingly clean. The host is very responsive and very helpful. This house was perfect in every way! We just got back from celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. It comfortably slept 6 couples and we still had plenty of room. Kitchen is so well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/appliances, etc. Pool and Outdoor Kitchen area were great. Loved the privacy we had on the property. We can’t wait to come and stay again! Two things that would’ve made this house even more amazing: For the guys, a TV outside by the pool to watch golf and football. For the ladies, a hot tub. Thank you for the great communication throughout the entire booking process.

This home has it all!! It is exactly like the photos, only much more impressive. The owners have not just gotten by on anything in the home, it is top quality down to the mattresses being top of the line.The check in process is very simple, immaculate home with expansive space.There is plenty of space for everyone as our family ages ranged from 8 to 70. But, this home accommodates everyone including their handicaps.You will not find a more perfect or cleaner escape for I your family with top quality amenities.We will definitely love to return for a much longer stay!!!

Stayed at this property for a quick weekend guys golf trip. Property was very well kept and was as advertised. Conveniently located near golf courses and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

This property is terrific and located in a great spot where you can get anything you need. Great beaches just 20min away. We were here for a family reunion and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool house is a great bonus spot to stay if you like it quieter.

Our family has rented houses up and down the east coast for our annual summer vacations. This is one of our favorites! The property has 8 bedrooms, 6 in the main house and 2 in the pool house. They are connected by a screened-in pool deck. This allowed for bug-free splash time for the kids late into the night.All the rooms were spacious and the mattresses were super comfortable. The kids bunk room came with bean bags, stuffed animals and lots of toys.When we could tear ourselves away from the pool, we went to the outlets, which were 5 minutes away and to St. Augustine, which was 20 minutes away. We also did a day trip to Universal Studios in Orlando.I highly recommend this property and would rent again.

Had a great stay it was a very clean nice house room for all 14 of us our great grands had a blast in pool and best part no bugs while swimming cause it’s closed in. Only thing negative I would say check your gas tanks before you start grilling fyi other than that we give it a 10/10

This was the perfect spot for our group to relax and enjoy some fun time together. The kids spent nearly the entire stay in the pool! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a range of ages. Nic was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Really felt like a exclusive villa retreat. Being close to stores and attractions was nice as well.

The property had absolutely everything we needed. I felt the hosts went over and above to supply us with all we needed. The house, outdoor area, and pool were immaculately kept. I will definitely stay again if needed and so would all parties who stayed at the property for our annual golf trip

The property was impressive online and highly rated - leading us to select it. But there's always a hint of skepticism until you arrive...but that need not be the case with this property. The managers were communicative and gracious. The spaces are as-described, and the space this created for our family to celebrate a wedding in St. Augustine could not have been better. Would definitely stay there again!

Soft music and aroma was pleasing and felt welcoming. Host had a timely response. It was spacious for individual family time and accommodating for family time.

We had a group of senior sorority ladies that stayed for 4 days. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Great fun!

Went to the Players Championship with a large group of buddies and stayed at this amazing place. It was absolutely perfect, clean well maintained and beautiful. Check in was flawless and the property was perfect.

We were so pleased with this property. It is well appointed, owners take pride in thier property and they have tried to accommodate any need you may have. Many items in the kitchen for ease of use and quality pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, and excellent coffee maker.The property was spotless and very well maintained. We only had a few questions and the owner took care of everything promptly and efficiently.. 16th girls trip and by far the BEST home we have ever stayed in. We felt secure from the onset because the property is gated, and so spacious. Plenty of room for parking! The houses were immaculate, and the pictures do not do it justice! It is beautiful. More than fully stocked kitchen, and kitchenette, 2 laundry rooms , screened in pool, picnic area with grill and fire pit, volleyball court, and plenty of outdoor seating. 14 women cooked, swam (in February in the wonderfully heated pool), relaxed indoors and out, played games, read, ate, laughed and slept so well! This property really had it all. So close to shopping and easy access to attractions. It is not walkable, but we knew that going in, so we found a park nearby with trails that was an easy drive away. When sitting around the pool, you cannot see the road which makes it feel so private. Nic was so supportive during our stay. We will be back.

Our large family (14 in total) came from Canada on vacation. We had more than enough space to sleep, relax, share meals together and swim! The pool is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious! The location is great! Everything you need is a short drive away! We had an amazing time and hope to come back and book again!

We stayed three nights with our 4 girls the husbands and children. The house and pool house along with the pool and outside kitchen and fire pit made for an amazing family getaway. Only a twenty minute car ride to park to see the nights of lights downtown St Augustine. We all had a blast and felt very at home. We will definitely return.

The property in its entirety was breathtaking and no words can accurately describe it.

The entire experience with this booking experience was excellent. From the time I booked it, the communication with the property manager was consistent and reliable. We booked for an annual guys golf trip and the house easily accommodated all 8 guys in their own bedrooms with plenty of space, outdoor recreation area a heated pool and no shortage of bathrooms and showers. The only challenge for a group of our size who cook our own meals each night was the limited counter space in the kitchen for prep work, cooking and gathering, but we made it work by taking advantage of the extensive and well-designed outdoor space.

The house was beautiful, new, clean, and stylishly decorated. Although off of a main 2 lane road, you couldn't hear the road noise when out by the pool or BBQ area. Our group was large (15) and we fit comfortably in the house and common areas. My only critique would be the master bed was extremely hard. We felt the other beds and they all seemed much more comfortable. The master bed is the only reason I would hesitate staying here again. Our host was great, very responsive. The pool was beautiful. I appreciated that whole bottles of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were available instead of the 1 tab normally left at rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

The whole set up was perfect for our 8 guys group . Special mention to the pool section and the veranda !

The house was very nice and set up well for our needs at the property. Nic was very responsive when asked questions. We also enjoyed our time while on property. The location was not ideal since there was nothing to do within walking distance, and really even taking a walk was not possible due to the traffic speeds on the road and no sidewalks. Also, the road noise while outside at the property was very noticeable. Even the bedrooms on the roadside were a problem those in the roadside bedrooms

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nic And this beautiful property! We stayed here the first weekend of October this year, And everything went perfectly. The property is gorgeous and it is huge. We had about 15 of us staying on site and there was more than enough room to have our own private spaces. The pool house was a huge plus Too! Overall, a great property, great communication, super accommodating, and we would recommend to anyone!

Nic was very accommodating from the start. Easy to get a hold of. Provided us with updates. Listened to us when needed. Solved the issues presented and found ways to make our stay enjoyable!

The large lot and privacy are ideal, and the facilities are nicely laid out. The screened-in pool and area between the two houses provided wonderful entertainment for the younger set.
