New! Luxury Bend Retreat Steps From Downtown & River

Great location, was provided incorrect check in information. Rooms needed dusted. 4th bedroom is detached, this was not specified.

First of all they tried to charge us twice for our stay. Then when we arrived the ADU bathroom was filthy, the sheets were not clean. The guest bedroom sheets were not clean and the bathroom was filthy. The master bedroom a/c did not work at all and first night was very hot. When we opened the windows the wind was blowing and the blinds kept clanking so had to close the windows. The beds were hard as a rock and could not get comfortable enough to get any sleep. The other three couples left one night early because they couldn't sleep and just wanted to leave. We were told to take out the garbage but there were no garbage bags so had to go buy them. I felt this property had the least amount of supplies of any Vrbo I've ever stayed at, contrary to a prior review I had seen. The only positive thing I can say about this property is that it had a great location if you wanted to be close to downtown Bend. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that we invited our friends to stay here with us as we have always had great Vrbo experiences in the past.

We had an incredible stay at the NW Awbrey property and would book it again without hesitation. The location is amazing, literally steps from the Deschutes River and easy walk to downtown Bend, which made it easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, and shops. The hot tub was nice with cooler Bend evenings, and the ping pong table was a hit with the whole group. Alpenglow was easy to work with and the property was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a great home base in Bend. Thanks Cooper J

4th bedroom is detached. Massive lent behind all beds with some spiders. Check in instructions were incorrect and no check out instructions provided. Host was responsive and location was great!

Lovely stay right in the heart of bend. Clean and spacious with lots of amenities for a hassle-free stay. Would book again!

Great great great location! Parking limited to garage 1 car (tight), 1 in driveway, the rest street parking. House is so fun and beautiful. Kitchen well stocked.

House needs to have a deep cleaning. There were cob webs inside and out all over the house. We also had one bed that had a bunch of crumbs and a toenail. The host was very responsive to our concerns.

Great house! Walk to great coffee and restaurants and along the river. House well appointed with great patio space for larger groups. The numeric keypads were not very convenient with numerous doors.

We had six adults with separate rooms, with room for another couple with plenty of room. Great amenities, spa, bbq, ping pong, parking, great kitchen / family room layout with easy access to dining on the patio, and most importantly great bathroom to guest ratio!Finally, location, location, location. Easy walk to downtown dining and bars as well as Drake Park. And you can easily walk home after a river float.

The house was great, exactly as advertised. It was very nice to have such a short walk to everything downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this house again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time in Bend. The home is a perfect location to walk to most of the things in town!
