House Layout:
When you enter, you are on the 1st floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. The garage and 3rd bedroom with a private bathroom is on the lower level.
The 2nd floor has the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with a connected private bathroom. The washer & dryer are also on the 2nd floor. The rooftop deck is on the 3rd floor with a wet bar in the hallway.
