Stayed Oct 7, 2025Way too many homeless close by, pay for parking is confusing, bathrooms were missing items (tub stopper), kitchen didn't have any dish towels, ironing board and iron were broke, no trash cans outside and main bedroom TV systems was inadequate.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Generally loved the location. Would have liked to be closer to the public train but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the home. Walked to a Padres game and the proximity to Balbo park and the zoo were excellent. Restaurant options were also pretty good and loved walking through the gaslamp district.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024The property is one of the most well equipped properties I have stayed in. Tv is every room, kitchen has all the gadgets and the large amount of space across three floors. The third bedroom is ideal for families with young children.. as it’s effectively connected to the master bedroom but just above it in an open area looking down into the master bed. The road next to The property is very busy during weekend, and you will hear the noise At night times. Final point is that the area is close to the gas light quarter.. What is a community in transition, as you will see

Stayed Dec 3, 2023This apartment / Condo is very well appointed. Beds were actually VERY comfortable, Couch VERY comfortable, amenities were plentiful - even had a ton of 'pod' coffee for us to use, master bathroom and shower were VERY nice. Biggest complaints - noise from F street and 10th street is extremely loud. We used a sound machine, fan and window air unit to minimize that and it did help. Homeless are EVERYWHERE in this area. Didn't have any run-ins with them, but they are on every corner. I though San Francisco had a big problem, but San Diego has them beat. TV is HUGE, but NO local cable. You have to have a membership with YouTube if you want local television. First time I've stayed in a VRBO that didn't offer local cable?! Overall, we did enjoy our time staying at this unit, clean and comfortable.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped (we did not cook). We appreciated the property managers responsiveness when we couldn't get the thermostat to change. Would stay again!

Stayed Sep 11, 2023This property was exactly as pictured, spacious, well decorated, clean and well stocked. The host, Deigo, was excellent, he responded almost immediately to all my questions. There were a few minor issues which I will communicate to the manager but here are the ones worth sharing in a review. The upstairs master gets very hot and there is really no way to effectively cool it down. It was 78 degrees outside, 70 on the bottom floor, 73 on the middle floor and 82 on the top floor. There is a fan in the room and it helps, also two plug in fans, which also help some but not enough. The ceiling fan is very loud, sounds like hamsters running on the squeaky wheel all night. The bottom floor bedroom is a perfect temp but very loud as you are right next to the street. The bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed and stocked. The neighborhood is definitely transitional so be aware of your surroundings especially walking down F Street. My overall rating of 4 stars is due mainly to the overheating upstairs which would be difficult to rectify and the location. Otherwise beautiful place.
