New, luxurious, family-friendly 200-sq.m house with 3 bedrooms and a pool

Very nice house, good location and neighborhood and the host is very organized. Instructions for check in, check out and staying were tremendous. Ulrike was fantastic. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a great time at the house, Naples and surrounding area. The house was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrella. It was a quiet neighborhood with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors like Dave who was available for assistance and questions. (We ran out of gas for the bbq and he gave us a new tank). We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area. We would like to come back very soon.

We got to the house where the keypad on the lock didn’t work, probably just the batteries need replacing but that was a bit of a scare. Thankfully, the garage door opener can be opened using the same code so getting into the house was not an issue. When we got into the house, we quickly saw that it was not cleaned, called the owners who were great. The owners connected with the cleaning person who then contacted me, somehow the schedule for the cleaning person’s calendar got messed up and she didn’t clean the house for our arrival. It was late so she ended up coming in the morning, cleaned the house and all was good. It was our luck however that a few days later the AC stopped working, but again the owner was fantastic, got a repair company out the same day and they fixed the issue. Overall, a few small hiccups but great owners so we had a great time.

We've used VRBO over a dozen times and this was our best experience. House and owner were great and we had a uniquely wonderful experience with the community. Neighbors treated us like guests instead of renters. Friendly and helpful.

Convenient for the Naples area and quite well equipped

Staying in this lovely home was a pleasure from start to finish. Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner gave very clear and detailed instructions on everything and was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely rent again the next time we are in Naples.

This spacious home was attractively decorated and adequately furnished. Highlight was the number of books for our family of avid readers.

We really enjoyed the stay at this place. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you will need. The pool is heated so even if you should catch an unusual cold weather, you can heat up the water a bit. The communication with the owners was impeccable and they send very clear written check-in instructions as well as a short check-out checklist. We are definitely hoping to return to Naples and this place soon.

Nice location between Marco Island and Naples. The home is in a friendly community with a great clubhouse and pool. The interior of the home is comfortably decorated and owners address any concerns promptly.
