Stayed Apr 2, 2025Rob was an accommodating and flexible host! Property clean, beautiful back yard. Used the hot tub, dipped our toes in the pool, otherwise too cold for our early April stay and we decided not to pay to heat the pool. Used the grill and had everything we needed for cooking/eating. We were in Surprise for a USTA tennis tournament. Property was a quick and easy drive to the Tennis and Raquet Complex, restaurants, and stores. Recommend to stay with Rob!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Had a wonderful time with my teammates at this VRBO. The house, pool, and hot tub were great. We finished 3rd in the country. I’m sure the hot tub had plenty to do with that. Haha. Robert was a great host. Very good with communication and easy checkin. Great house!!!

Stayed Apr 28, 2022This was a wonderful property! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a girl trip! I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.
