We had a great time, the host came when we reported an issue.

This is the perfect spot for a large group or multiple families who wants to be close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. The location was perfect for our group as it was within walking distance to the National Park and Bathhouse row letting us easily hike, relax, and enjoy the night life of Hot Springs. The house is incredibly spacious with our group of 9 getting each their own room and bed. It easily could have accommodated double the guests. The back patio area was a great spot for us to congregate and visit together sitting under the canopy backed up against the forest. Toni and Barry made check in and check out very simple with the procedures clearly documented and were quick to respond with any questions. I would stay here again for sure!

Excellent location very close to everything. Two sets of washing machines and everything you need for your stay is provided.Toni & Barry even have little notes written around the house explaining to you where everything is and what you need to know. And they are quick to respond to whatever your needs may be.

The house was perfect for our big group. We loved the outdoor space! We had to get in contact with the hosts due to plumbing issues and they were quick to come by and resolve it.

This house was perfect for everything that we had planned for the weekend and being right downtown made it so simple. We walked everywhere and was very easy to get to and from the racetrack! Loved it

Your home was perfect for our family gathering!Plenty of bedroom and bathrooms. No limit of hot water!! Several areas to gather which was nice at times for the teens and adults to have space. We appreciated having more than 1 washer and dryer.We were pleased with how well stocked the kitchen is with pots, pans, griddle, utensils etc.We loved that it was close enough to walk to the downtown attractions and restaurants.We loved our weekend stay and would have loved more time to enjoy the back yard and walk west mountain!

We enjoyed our stay and it had beautiful views. It was a easy walk to shops & restaurants. Host was super friendly and responded quickly. 2nd floor shower leaked water but water pressure was great. 1st & 3rd floor not so much. Plenty of space for our large group. Cool house though. One has to remember it was built in like the late 1800’s.

The house was very clean and spacious, we had 16 people along for the trip and never felt crowded or lacked for somewhere for everyone to rest. The location is excellent, just a block off from downtown!

Great place for large groups. Lots of room for everyone. Very walkable, just minutes from bathhouse row and lots of restaurants and shops. Beautiful house and backyard.

We went with a group of 13 for the horse races but loved the convenience to downtown
