New Listing Ocean Views Walk to Beach, Pool, Bikes, Beach Chairs, Dogs ✔️

Property is as described. Living area is on the 3rd floor & deck has an ocean view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach - which was never very crowded. Also quite a few restaurants walkable where food is very good. Lots of chairs, etc for the beach including carts. Kitty Hawk’s proximity to sights of interest a bonus. Many things to do when beach is not an option. The kitchen had everything we needed & there is a shower & bonus room on the main level that was ideal for rinsing off. The owner was responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay as did our dog who was able to accompany us to the beach & “hunt” crabs. The time spent was great for everyone.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It is spacious, cozy and adorably decorated. It is stocked with nearly anything that you could need or want. The walk to the beach is an easy, short walk (less than two minutes) My favorite part was probably the covered patio. The swing and rocking chairs were the perfect place to snuggle up with a good book, and a good view of the ocean. The pool was also nice. Although we never used the tennis courts or the lounge where they have air hockey and pool- They all looked fantastic! We would certainly stay there again if my family ever found themselves vacationing in the Outer Banks again!

Condo was well appointed, and owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Located just a short walk to the beach. Didn't get to check out the pool, but it looked nice.

3 minute walk to the beach. House was so beachy and perfect for my family and I. Areca was very responsive and accommodating. Wr would definitely use this property again! We loved it!

The owner was very responsive to messages and stocked the house with every amenity you could ever need. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely be back.

We totally enjoyed our stay in the OBX. The location was perfect for a walk on the beach with our dog and proximity to family, grocery shopping and eating out.

House was clean and very well stocked. Love the location and have stayed at other units prior. This one was wonderful. We all had a great time. Community center staff was a bit anti renter, but the unit we stayed in was absolutely wonderful!! Will book again

This place is amazing. Pool was so clean and the facilities (game room, tennis courts, racquet ball, and basketball courts) were awesome. Best of all it’s right on the beach, 3 minute walk if that. We will be going back.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to take my mom and son to this lovely rental. It was stocked with anything and everything you’d need for vacation! Short walk to the beach and pool in a prime location. Communication was fabulous with the owner. I will definitely be recommending this unit to other families!

The pictures for this place did not do justice. Very clean and prompt service from the property manager. Private beach and the turtle nest were welcome surprises. Will stay here again and can’t wait!

Our group was 4 adults (my wife and another couple). Location was excellent /everything it was advertised to be! Two bedrooms - walking distance to the beach or a 1 min drive to parking directly across street from beach. Mid floor has two bedrooms with two full baths, Upstairs - great kitchen with dining area & a living room. Two nice balconies where we spent a much of our time. Lot's of 'toys, eg, coolers, lawn chairs, skim boards, wagons, games etc... Community swimming pool; workout & game rooms included! Host / communication was excellent! Very pleased!

The property is very close to the beach and has access to a pool. The pool didn't have a ton of chairs, so it was hard to get one most of the time. It's close to plenty of restaurants and stores as well. While you can park two cars in front, it is a little tight. The garage is filled with things, so you can't park there. The place could be cleaned a little better. I found some cobwebs and a potato chip underneath the coffee table. Towels were provided, but they were quite thin and small bath towels. There also weren't many hand towels, so if we were staying longer that would have been an issue. The property manager was very communicative though and responded promptly. There were lots of games provided and beach chairs if needed. It was pretty quiet while we stayed there, which was nice.

The condo was beautifully appointed with every amenity we could ever want. The walk to the beach was delightful, the equipment provided was excellent, and the area gave us lots to do and see.
