The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and has everything you need to make your favorite meals or midnight snacks while still being able to join in the fun. The dining table seats 10 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island. If you're in the mood to dine Al-Fresco, feel free to venture outside to the screened-in lanai where you'll find an additional dining table with 6 seats overlooking the pool. Want to take advantage of that famous Florida sunshine Take a dip in your own private pool and spa! The lanai also includes a sofa and loungers for soaking up the rays.



If you are in the mood for some friendly competition, head up to the loft where you will find a foosball table, another large sectional sofa and 75-inch Roku TV.



Sleeping 17 comfortably, this home has plenty of space. For your convenience, the home also includes a washer & dryer and FREE WIFI.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
