Family home away from home! We stayed with our children and grandchildren! House was clean and a full kitchen. Plenty of places to walk for coffee or breakfast. Newport Market was a treat! Great location for lots of Oregon adventures. The hot tub was a plus!

We used this house for 4 of us that had a work training in Bend for the week. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was 5 minutes or less from all of the restaurants and things to do in downtown Bend. We each had our own room and the 2.5 baths worked for the 4 of us. The hot tub was a great spot to recharge after training. The kitchen and living room were great for hanging out and relaxing. We bbq’d one night and had all of the utensils, plates etc. for us to enjoy our meal. Great location. Would stay here again if in a similar situation

The house was great! Fantastic location, very clean, very comfortable, the perfect get away. We cooked in almost every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for welcoming our dog, Peanut. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was great except the hot tub wouldn’t stay hot, so that was a bummer. Otherwise my family was pretty happy with everything.

Great place for a winter get together!

The location was th highlight of the property - easy walking distance to town, river, coffee shop and grocery store. The house was comfortable for our group with plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was n added plus. We enjoyed coffe every morning on the front porch.

Perfect location. Able to walk everywhere. Came in town for a concert at Hayden Homes and able to walk back from the concert. Perfect size house. Quiet neighborhood except for construction occurring across the street. Started at 7am most days! Once that is done place will be perfect.

This accommodation was well located. It was within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a market, and attractions. The cleaning crew wasn’t finished by check-in time and the hot tub access wasn’t spelled out by the host. The house was a bit “worn” but that allowed us to not worry about spilling or damaging anything.

The property was adequate. It was casual so that we didn’t need to worry too much. We did have to wait for the cleaning crew to finish after our permissible entry time. Towels in the dryer were still wet upon arrival.

Perfect for our annual girlfriend getaway. Lots of seating to hang out together and the large table fit everyone for meals and games. The bedrooms are spacious and the home is clean. We especially loved our morning walks to coffee. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family loves staying at the Lexington St. house since it’s so conveniently located to everything we like to do in Bend. We can walk or ride bikes to downtown, The Old Mill District, Newport Market, , Drake Park, etc. The mountain bike trails & fishing spots are close by, too. The house provides a bedroom for all of our family members, & the garage is a safe place for storing expenses mountain bikes. All in all, it’s the perfect vacation rental for our family! RW

The property was as described with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was nice and spacious inside, and my friends and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the hot tub. It’s also close to some shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The home had a couple of quirks, like a janky, slightly dangerous dishwasher and the dark paint and dim lighting in the half bath that made it difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy the home for its location and size.

Love the place and location!

We had a great time here with family. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Nice hot tub in backyard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good with plenty of towels but the kitchen was very well worn. Good refrigerator and stove, but the dishwasher didn't work very well. Some of the cupboards didn't close all the way. There were no dishcloths and just a few dish towels. The washer and dryer were good. It has a very large garage but getting into it from the alley was tight.

It was an amazing stay. Perfect location, will definitely book again
