NEW LISTING - West Bay View - Upscale newly renovated cottage on M-22

The property was beautiful and perfect for our girls getaway! Everything we needed. Patty and Fred were excellent hosts that went above and beyond to welcome us.

This is truly a fantastic place to stay! Traverse city was at its best. The house is outside the hustle and bustle, but not too far away. Enjoy this house!

The property was excellent. Great location with views of the bay and close proximity to restaurants and bars! Loved the Hotel Indigo rooftop bar! Great food & drinks with a great view! This was a golf vacation with my three brothers and we played Arcadia Bluffs and Crystal Downs!

We had a great time here! The cottage was very clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Very clean and nicely renovated. Outside could use some TLC, but the inside was gorgeous and very functional. Really nicely done. The kitchen is very big and super accommodating. Fred met us at check in and was very friendly and helpful. The view of the bay across the street is lovely. Lots of traffic on the road, but that's the location.

Very nice house to rent away from the business of Traverse City but close enough get anywhere in a short drive. We ledt something at the house and were contacted the day we left by the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location and beautiful home. We were in town for my step-daughter graduation so are only complaint is my Mom had to take the 4th bed as she was the only single one and it wasn't the most comfortable.

A group of my friends and I traveled on our motorcycles up towards TC were we checked into this property . This property did not disappoint in anyway . The home owners have paid attention to every single detail ; from the color coordination through out the home , the comfortable beds and pillows all the way down to the small facial wipes in the bathrooms .

Great house to have family and friends stay for a wedding near by. Glad we booked this house it was perfect for our family boy size and location.

We had a multi-family/friends get away. The house is very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is big enough for 7 people and well equipped. The living area and dining room are comfortable. The water view is excellent. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and had a great time.

We were attending a wedding on the Leelanau Peninsula and this property worked very well for us. Very clean, well appointed, modernized, well lit, well provisioned with cookware. Host was very helpful.

This is the CUTEST rental!! We rented in August 2024 with 4 adults. (One elderly.). There were 2 steps total to get in so that worked! To be more specific, the main family room with the lovely large TV faces the woods and is beautiful and comfy and seats 5+. The kitchen overlooks the family room so everyone is connected. There is one full bathroom in this area. It's easily accessible by the 4th room which is more like a 2nd family room off of the main family room. It has a trundle bed, washer/dryer, and game table set up. Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms. 2 face the lake, master faces the woods in back. These 3 rooms share a (beautiful) bathroom, and that bathroom has a secret access to the master. SO CONVENIENT! The kitchen is PERFECT. Everything you need. Lots of everything. Maybe bring liquid hand soap. The owner explained everything very well and is readily available for anything. The access right on M22 makes it so easy to get anywhere. The view of the lake in the morning and at night, as seen from the chairs on the front porch while we enjoying a beverage, is so fantastic. I would not hesitate to rent this wonderful home.

Spacious, clean, and all the comforts of home available right when you walk in the door. We had a group of 7 celebrating a special event and there were several areas in and around the house we could all sit comfortably.

We had a wonderful visit at your rental. Kudos to your cleaning service, as the home was VERY clean. Decorated beautifully and not cluttered. It was large enough for 5 ladies on a girls weekend. Loved the proximity to wineries, Suttons Bay and Leland. Kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking dishes, pots and pans. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. Beautiful ranch house with an open floor plan for our family. This house was so clean! So nice owners stocked with the basic supplies also. Would highly recommend staying here.
