Station Manteo is owned by the family of a retired Coast Guard Captain who once served at Oregon Inlet and Cape Hatteras, and the home is maintained to the high standard deserving of this special place. Built in 2021, Station Manteo is designed to resemble an old Coast Guard Station (hence the name!), but with a luxurious, modern feel. A coastal vibe carries through the home with plantation shutters, shiplap walls, 9’ ceilings, barstools overlooking the canal, and ocean-themed décor. The home features many brand-new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and charging blocks in every bedroom. Linens provided. Every guest receives a digital Guest Guidebook full of curated owner recommendations on restaurants and things to do.

*Please Note: To maximize views and natural light, west-facing bedroom upper windows do not have curtains above the plantation shutters. Downstairs bedroom closet has been converted to an owner's closet and a wall hookboard installed for guests' hanging clothes. TVs are equipped with Hulu and the Samsung streaming app with 100s of channels. Use your personal logins to enjoy your favorite streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.) on the home's Smart TVs. There is a no pets policy, however the owners do sometimes bring their dog so, it is not 100% pet free.
