Stayed Oct 11, 2025The iTrips team made our stay wonderful. They cleaned so well - not one dog hair. We were amazed that the furnishings were deep cleaned. Exceptionally maintained. And each week they took our trash cans out and then back in. I am going to look for future rentals that they are maintaining. 5 Stars for iTrip!

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Pet friendly home with a great location and amenities in mind he home. Morning coffee and evening cocktail non the deck every day was the perfect way to start and end our days.My dogs loved being there with us and I was so grateful to be able to have them with us.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The house was awesome. Great location. Having the golf cart was a plus. A couple minutes drive over to the beach. The sitting area out back was nice. The house was clean. There was a little mold in the master bathroom shower and the vent in the shower. The beds were comfortable. The biggest problem was the house needed a larger water heater. After a few showers, there was no hot water. The swimming pool was a hop , skip and a jump over from the house. The grill was a tad bit nasty, the previous renters could not have cleaned it. The gaming system in one of the bedrooms could have instructions. We could never get it to work. The Nintendo switch was a big hit with our grandchildren and the adults. The community was quiet. Very peaceful. The ground outdoor pit was not for guest use.

Stayed Jan 29, 2025This house was perfectly stocked Perfect location Quiet and friendly neighborhood Plenty of room Loved loved the doggie door for our fur babies to go in and out. Fenced in yard was perfect for our little doggies Even the pooper scooper was not expected never had a Vrbo center around dogs and this set the bar high Kenneth was quick to respond and very attentive Definitely would book again

Stayed Jan 29, 2025Our family loves Navarre beach and this trip we were looking for a “home” we could travel to with our two furry babies This home was perfect for them and us!! They loved the doggie door and the fenced in yard The inside of home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. We traveled with another couple and we had plenty of room ( we could of even brought a few grandchildren and still have plenty of space) Neighborhood was quiet and friendly Weather was perfect and even sat out by the pool a couple of days Location is perfect short walk to beach and there’s even a lil coffee shop in the area you could walk to The only thing that needs a little attention is the deck area ( definitely need to wear shoes/sandals) and back yard would be beyond amazing with a few plants even if they are artificial The outdoor shower and garden hoses were non functional which made it a bit tricky not tracking in sand from walks but we tried our best ( I know a week or so earlier weather was beyond normal with inches of snow) so maybe that’s the reason for outdoor hoses/shower non functioning. Kenneth was quick to all requests and very attentive Would definitely stay again

Stayed Aug 8, 2024We highly enjoyed the house. The use of the kayaks and the golf cart worked well in our favor since we flew down and took a taxi to the house.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024-prior guest put trash in brown outside garbage can meant for tree branches. We discovered it due to the smell. Maggots covered the waste but we tried our best to transfer to grey outside garbage. It overflowed though. Garbage pickup was the day we arrived so we missed it.-a/c downstairs did not work when we arrived and iTrip did not respond until next day to repair so we had to without a/c for one night -downstairs bedroom light switch is hidden behind furniture so no a/c and no way to turn on ceiling fan unless you know that the light switch is behind the wooden bunk bed. ITrip told us light switch was at stairs. Not correct. Slept without a/c and fan for one night and no offer to compensate. Very disappointing. -ice maker is extremely slow to produce ice -oven takes triple the time that a normal oven takes to preheat and it smelled like there was a gas leak-Golf cart leans and air possibly needed to be added to tires. iTrip forgot air pump when they arrived to My Shell to inflate but stated that tires were fine. -battery on gold cart is dated. Travel at own risk and keep in mind, you might get stranded if battery dies. We did. Not fun. -Fan in room with arcade game is not balanced and brushes against something for a little while until it self balances-Master bath sink drain stopper will not go up so it hold spit water from toothbrushing, etc for a while.-upstairs sunroom is beautiful but it was beyond hot even with a/c and smelled like cigarettes. -kayak were impossible
