Stayed Jul 11, 2025We had a wonderful time in Dennis! The house was very clean and in a great location. We rode our bikes to get coffee and donuts and were just minutes from Mayflower Beach. We watched the sunset over the ocean every night! The shed was stocked with beach supplies and an outdoor shower to clean the salt and sand off. This spot is a high recommend and we cant wait to come back.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024My family and I had a great stay at Paul’s cozy cottage. The house is outfitted with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has all the tableware, cookware and extras needed. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and loads of places to put your clothes. The living room and three season porch provided lots of room for everyone find their own space. The yard with the firepit and outdoor shower topped it all off. Very Nice property. We look forward to renting again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a beautiful stay at the cozy cottage near mayflower beach. The house was a perfect retreat for our family, just as advertised. Home was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Paul was very easy to communicate with and even checked in to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Thank you Paul! We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Very nice. I enjoyed the sun porch the most- very peaceful and quiet and overlooking a private, wooded backyard. The home is less than 2 miles to our favorite beach, Mayflower. We love the area. Great walking and biking neighborhood. Convenient location. The owner was quickly responsive to inquiries and the rental instructions/rules/useful tips binder was concise and helpful.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022This was the perfect stay. The house was actually cuter than the photos! So much space, clean and had everything we needed. The yard is beautiful and the location is perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!
