New Listing! Completely Remodeled Beach House - Private Pool (sleeps 22 In Beds)

All bedrooms, the kitchen, and the bathrooms were clean. I had a party of 9 and even if someone wanted a moment to themselves they could do so. The next day my family was already making plans to book the same house.

The stay was wonderful! The property manager was very responsive. The pool is smaller than anticipated but not a deal breaker. The rooms are as follows: 1 Room on ground level has 2 queen beds. On main floor 2 rooms, 1 has king bed with a double on top, other room has a king bed. Rooms on top level, 1 master bedroom containing a king bed, a loft area contain 2 king beds and another room containing king bed with I believe a double on top. House has 2 balconies, one on main floor and other on top level. Very spacious we were not bumping into each other. There were a few items that need attention. The oven was small and out of place for such a big house and was somewhat inconvenient as we were cooking for 20 people. The house should have a bigger oven or 2 ovens especially when many who may rent will plan to cook for large crowds. I have another issue I want to make a comment on but want to have it a private matter as we actually enjoyed the property and the additional issue can be handled if the owner responds.

Home was in good condition and accommodated our group of 12 golfers quite well.

The house was very nice and exactly as described. The beach was an easy 10.min walk. The beds were comfortable and clean. Nice decor and great conversation areas. The bunk beds were suitable.for adults. The sofa was a large comfy 8 seater easy. Would definitely stay again.

The place was nice and comfortable with more than enough room. I couldn’t believe how clean it was and they made sure we had well enough towels. I would definitely choose this property again. It was six of us and we had so much space to enjoy ourselves and the location made it so easy to get to places we wanted to go visit. The kitchen was well equipped to suite our needs.

House was beautiful and the space was great! Loved that there were fresh linens & soaps. We enjoyed the amount of seating areas and how stocked the kitchen was. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our third time in this house at Singleton Beach. Definitely our favorite. House is roomy and accommodating for our family.

For the price, we would definitely rent this home again! Helpful info:Bedroom layout:Top floor: -Loft area has beds great for kids/teens because there is no door (open area). 2 Q w/2 twin trundles-Off the loft is a separate BR (double over king) w/a full bath including a tub. -The laundry room is also on this level. -On the other end of the top level is a spacious master BR (king) w/spacious closet & bathroom including a large walk-in shower & garden tub.Main (middle) level:-kitchen, dining, family room, & an additional small dining nook in case your group is large enough for that. -2 King BR on main level—both w/full baths. One bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway. Ground level:-includes the pool, garages (2 single car). -Has 1 BR with two Q beds & a full bath. Be aware that this bottom level BR is cooled by a split type wall unit, whereas the main & top levels have central a/c. The split worked fine and got this bedroom nice and cool. If you need refrigerator overflow, there is a small extra refrigerator/freezer in one of the garages.We brought our own, but we noticed all of these items available:-beach gear and a beach wagon in the garage-high chair (laundry room)-pack and play (in a closet)We did not use the elevator but it is available for an additional charge. There are a lot of steps obviously since it has 3 levels, but we were fine without the elevator. We were there in late May, and the pool, although shaded, was plenty warm

Overall this is a lovely property. Beautiful home, mostly quiet neighborhood, had a car alarm go off several times day and night. No garage door opener, which is inconvenient. Management only supplies 1 toilet tissue roll per bathroom, there were 14 of us, we had to buy our own additional rolls. When I brought it to the attention to the manager they indicated that was ‘standard protocol’. I don’t ever think it’s ok to limit toilet tissue to your guests.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for us all. Location was great, just a few minutes from everything and a pleasant walk to the quiet beach. Response time to questions was good and helpful.

The stay at the house was good. I enjoy the scenery. I enjoy the quietness, but one of those sales was quite a job. I wish I known about the elevator.

The house was perfect for our trip. We had 8 guys on a golf trip. Very nice layout and convenient to everything. I would highly recommend

Our experience at this rental was impacted by management’s approach to guest interactions.Parking was a challenge, as we were advised to carpool and that there were not other parking accommodations rather than being informed about a free lot across the street and a nearby airport with parking options—information that would have been helpful given that our group was arriving from different states.Additionally, we found the level of oversight from the property managers to be excessive. We were approached by a property manager at the house about potential paint damage from decorations, even though our decorations were inside and not visible from the exterior. Later, during a private dinner, a different manager arrived unannounced, spoke to the chefs, and remained outside in her vehicle observing the home. She then entered the backyard unannounced citing a noise complaint from a different neighborhood, despite us having set up outside and quiet hours not yet in effect, 2 hours before quiet hours began to be exact. Rather than addressing concerns professionally through a message or call, management’s approach made our stay feel overly monitored and uncomfortable. This property may not be the best choice for those looking for a relaxed and private vacation experience.

The house was exactly as advertised with a great location; our group had a wonderful time on our annual golf trip. The house is very spacious well equipped and clean. It had plenty of room to accommodate our group of nine golfers. When on the Hilton Head Island we would definitely stay at this house again.

When we first booked this house we were under the impression it was 11 bedrooms. It actually has 10 bedrooms and a loft area with two mattresses which was fine and ended up working for our group. The house was NOT cleaned. We all took off our shoes to prevent tracking dirt through the house but within 10-15 minutes our feet were black. We found two beer bottles(not from us) hidden in the master bedroom drawer and one in the master bathroom vanity drawer. House is in a great location with so much to do and check-in/out was super easy. You will definitely need extra toiletries and kitchen soap including the dishwasher. One thing that threw us off was all the backwards locks? And 90% of the light switches were not for the area they were in.

Beautiful big house with balconies. Great location and walkable to beach. Description stated it had a pool, but it was the size of a hot tub.
