Stayed May 23, 2026We stayed here after flying in from Pennsylvania to spend time with my mother and brother and his family. It’s a comfortable home with a lot of natural light and a beautiful outdoor sitting area that we enjoyed. As a rental property there were features that were unfortunate and not up to par such as the lighting in most of the rooms, very old and worn out towels and linens, an abundance of cobwebs, and otherwise beautiful sitting area outside. It has a lot of potential it just needs to get a little more investment and attention.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026This is a very spacious and comfortable home. It is conveniently located in town. The neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor seating was protected from the wind and rain. This made it nice to sit outside. My only downside is the beds were firmer than I’m use to. This is a personal preference.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025The house is tucked away at the end of a court and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The back patio was our favorite part...a great place for reading and conversation. Rooms are spacious and the house was very clean.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025There were 9 of us total our dog. There was plenty of space for all of us, especially with the incredible back patio area. We spent a lot of time out there. Lots of beds, linens, towels. Both showers were great.The dining table is a little too small for a large group, and not comfortable to sit at for very long. Most of the drinking glasses have cracks in them and should be replaced. The front door storm door broke several times.Otherwise we had a great stay and it met all our needs.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We had a great family birthday reunion at this property. It has four bedrooms, two baths and a beautiful patio backyard area that is great for family events. The host was super responsive to the few questions that I had and continually checked in to make sure our stay was as expected. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025This property is a misrepresentation of what the pictures look like on the site. The owner only refunded the cleaning deposit nothing else. The rental is dirty! Bathrooms had mold. He charges top Dollar and states that the property is exceptional. This rental that is not! I took 40 pictures. I can only share 8

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This house was perfect for my two 80 year old parents, two grown sons, myself and two dogs.The back yard deck was a true gem. We were so close to beaches, restaurants and trails. Thanks for a lovely stay in Florence!
