Champers Corner is a two bedroom, two full baths, split plan duplex. A duplex is a two home plan but two separate units. As owners, Randi and I occupy the other unit. Our duplex is conveniently located just blocks from the Pinellas Trail, the inlet and marina and a short walk downtown. Clearwater beach is about twenty minutes away and Honeymoon Island and beach area only about nine miles away. You will find that your unit is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. There is a washer and dryer included for your use and fresh linens are always provided. The linen closets are inclusive of new linens, bath towels and pillows should you desire. Televisions are aplenty and wi-fi is also included. Your spacious kitchen is also inclusive of a microwave, coffee maker and a double door French refrigerator with ice maker. The back yard is completely privacy fenced and professionally landscaped inclusive of a patio/paver area with plenty of decorative garden furniture and large umbrellas. Pets are negotiable, and this is a NO SMOKING / NO VAPE property. There is ample onsite parking and you will find the outdoor lighting to be complimentary and secure.

    Ed and Randy are amazing hosts living on the other side of the property. Convenient with laundry inside and every cooking item you could imagine. Big backyard with loads of sitting. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
